I am writing this to warn other creators about this operation. I received an unsolicited cold email from "Jack Taylor" using the domain ultraserviceltd.com, targeting my YouTube channel.

The email is a textbook boilerplate pitch. They scrape your channel details, take automated screenshots of your latest video, and claim your "SEO score" is bad or incomplete to create a sense of panic. They then offer vague promises of "organic growth" and guaranteed search rankings within 24 to 48 hours.

Anyone who knows how the YouTube algorithm works knows that true growth is organic and takes time. The promises made in their cold outreach are classic red flags for artificial metrics. Honest, real reviews from actual creators on this very profile confirm exactly what happens if you engage with them: they use bots or fake viewers to inflate views, which destroys your viewer retention rate, tanks your standing with the algorithm, and puts your channel at risk of termination for violating YouTube's fake engagement policies.

To the Trustpilot Moderation Team: I fully expect this company to flag this review for removal claiming "no customer footprint" or "no business interaction." Let it be explicitly clear: they interacted with me. This company targeted my channel and initiated an unsolicited business solicitation directly to my inbox from their outbound domain (ultraserviceltd.com). Under Trustpilot's guidelines, an unsolicited sales pitch constitutes a business interaction. I have full documentation and email headers proving they targeted me, which will be provided immediately if challenged. Do not let them abuse the flagging system to scrub honest feedback and hide their aggressive cold-spam tactics.

If you are a creator and get an email from info @ ultraserviceltd, do what I did: do not reply, do not buy into the scare tactics, mark it as junk, and protect your channel.

These are the same scammers.

Trust pilot should remove the fake 5 star reviews, not the people who were nearly or have been scammed by these evil people.

I had a very mixed experience with Ultraservice.

Eventually they did refund most of my payment after I decided to cancel the YouTube monetization package, and communication became more professional once the refund discussion started.

However, I cancelled the service because the overall experience left me with concerns about transparency and trust.

I repeatedly asked for more clarity about the strategy, timeline, and the actual work being performed on my YouTube channel, but responses remained very vague (“we are working on your work”) without meaningful explanations, reporting, or concrete deliverables.

I also requested a VAT invoice multiple times and was told this could not be provided, while tax deductions were later used as part of the explanation for the retained amount.

What concerned me most was seeing significant traffic coming from external sources without any real transparency about where this traffic originated from or what methods were being used. I also read other's experiences saying their channel was ruined due to Ultraservice's work, for example using bots. Considering how important audience quality and retention are for long-term YouTube growth, this made me uncomfortable continuing the service.

I also noticed multiple 5-star positive Trustpilot reviews with identical wording, which further reduced my confidence in the overall credibility of this company.

I do not believe they're an outright scam, but due to the lack of transparency and concerns about the promotion methods used, I personally would not use the service again and would not recommend it.

Edit: after having my editor confirm the use of bots, I have changed my review from two to one stars. I hope other channels may be spared the damage that has been done to mine.

Purchased views as they were instant. This company does not do SEO. I waited patiently for months to write this review as I wanted to be sure.

Ask those others if their channel is still growing or did it stop when you stopped paying?

This company will ruin your YouTube channel. They use bots or fake viewers to increase your views but it kills your viewer retention rate. They do not work at all. There is no organic growth. You are paying for a service that will hurt your channel.
