Umarex USA, Inc Reviews

Easy shopping, fast shipping

Beretta PX4 Storm arrived promptly and without issue. The gun has proved to be free of defects to this point, very accurate, and overall just a lot of fun! My only issue - when is Umarex going to produce/restock more of the Walther PPK/S? I have not been able to locate it anywhere for sale. 😔

Gun works well. Would have been handy to have an idiot proof cheat sheet, like a half letter with 5 or 10 bullet points. I mostly ignored the manual because ive operated plenty of bb and pellet guns. Turns out HPA doesnt translate as well. For the N2 canister, i screwed it in before tightening the back screw and that was an experience... That caused other issues with the adapter N2 adapter, had to sacrifice another N2 canister to realize what was happening (plastic sliding thing behind valve was stuck, the canister released most of its pressure out of the release hole before I realized what problem was). Also, didnt realize the lever had to be pulled back to charge the canister, fairly counter intuitive. Its working great now that I figured that stuff out, both hand pump and N2 canisters are functional. I was impressed with how tight the groupings are. Some bold bullet points up front with the fundamentals for novices would be handy.

I bought the Umarex PCP Notos .22. We feed the birds and the feeders attracted some rats. I love the wildlife, but rats wouldn't be appreciated by the neighbors, so they had to go. Traps worked, but not great. What did work great was the Umarex Notos with a Goyojo Thermal scope. The built in rail makes installation simple and secure.

I'm only shooting at a max range of about 45 feet, but that enough to headshot a rat. The gun is quiet too although my dog doesn't like it - so it does makes some sound.

I was annoyed that the gun wasn't charging when I first bought it. I asked the chatbot about it and learned that, when the gun is completely empty, it needs to be cocked in order to charge. It would be nice if the instructions had mentioned that.

Also, there is a problem with the possibility of doubling loading, which can damage the silencer. I think all guns of this kind have that problem. With the Notos, I noticed there is a difference in the resistance of the trigger which can serve as a tell to indicate whether the gun is cocked and loaded or not.

Fast ordered new rifle had it like 5 days later

Great pistol, shoot with nice accuracy. The speedy shipping was a big plus.

The website was easy to navigate and product was delivered as expected.
Thanks for that.

Gun tech were extremely helpful im finding the right clip for my airgun. More than helpful, attentive and responsive. Some of the best customer service I ever had.

Fed ex never delivered my item HERE. As usual they took it somewhere else and I tried to warn you about this lazy driver they use in this area.so I guess I can't do business with you again because I'm a poor sick person who doesn't have money to throw away.

I have a Umarex ready air gen 1 have had it a few years and it has always worked for 3 or 4 times and then have to put a new kit in it then works 3 or 4 times again quits pumping air in my gun or tank , I finally sit it on a shelf for a long time thinking I had a bad compressor, I recently bought a pcp pistol and ordered 4 maintenance kits from Umarex thought maybe it would work for a pistol I have fill the pistol 3 times now I will see how long it last this time , that’s why I just give 2 stars.

I’ve been trying since 7/29/26 to resolve the issue with my newly purchased air rifle to no avail. Apparently customer service is nonexistent in your firm. The day after submitting review my missing parts arrived in mail. I would have changed to 5 stars if it hadn’t taken so long and nobody informed me of the process.

Great sturdy product. Shipped fast. No complaints whatsoever

The items I ordered were of good quantity and well priced. I looked other places to buy them but yall had the best prices. Delivery was fast too. No complaints. I hope to enjoy my gun many more years. Thanks guys.

Nitrogen tanks are too expensive and it's another two hundred bucks to upgrade it to a refillable tank

The blowback replica is great, my son loves it, but the slide has a "clanky" sound to it. it sort of blows.

Shipping was fast and the price was right

Easy. Great product, great service.

I own live leverguns in 30-30 and I must say your bb gun is very close to the real steel in fit and finish. Yall do excellent work! I would ask if yall would consider R&D on a cartridge loading long range pellet version of the Mathew Quigley Shilo Sharps Rifle from Quigley Down Under. I'd love to see how well that turned out.
Possible even a Shell loading double barrel side by side coach gun.

Your products are outstanding along wit service and support.
