Everything on our trip to Japan was outstanding thanks to Carrie Tang and her team in Japan. Everything went well, the hotels were outstanding and the food delicious. I would recommend Uma travel to everybody.

Carrie Tang was our( husbund and I) contact/organizer of our trip to Japan, with excellent results. The trips to the places we went , were very well organized, accompanied by knolodge and pleasant guides, and driven by skilled and careful driver.

It was great, the hotels, the drivers, everything arranged perfectly, so you won't have any hustle. About the guides they were great, Mon Chai (guide) in Bangkok took us to every place and explained us thoroughly everything about the temples and palaces we visited, really nice attitude.

Mon chai is the best tourist guide. He explained everything perfectly and took us for really great food. I would definetly come back again

Ma’am was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable on Thailand culture. And our driver Jay was also very nice and accommodating. Would definitely use them again

Eva Wang and UME put together a perfectly tailored schedule for me in Beijing. My tour guide Nina was knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, and she was so flexible with my requests. I will definite use them for all my future China travel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since it was our first trip to Japan, we wanted to use a travel company that would take care of all the logistics for us so we would have a stress free vacation. Steven was amazing, he patiently responded to our questions, and took care of everything from a custom made itenary just for our family, the transportation logistics and an English speaking guide. The accomodations were great with good breakfast options. Highly recommend!

My trip to Japan with my small group was fantastic, very well organized from start to finish, our travel agent Carrie stayed with us along the trip making sure we are in comfort and we are nit missing anything , thank you so much for an excellent job

UME put together a custom trip to the cities and sites I selected (plus some sites they suggested). There was a lot of back and forth finalizing the trip details. UME provided lodging, transportation and English speaking guides at each stop. Eva Wang was tireless and patient keeping up with my changes before and during the trip. I cannot say enough about their expertise and customer focus.

Excellent tours and guides. We thought the guides were top notch. Great English, knowledgeable, great personalities, and focused. Mr. Atsushi, (the Kyoto guide - we forget the name), and Crystal were excellent.

Carrie from UME did a wonderful job of planning our family trip. We had a big age range (2-80+) and Carrie was able to suggest and arrange activities that suited us all. Using Carrie helped to reduce all the stress of researching, planning and organising our trip and having everything booked and transport organised when we were away was a massive help. Carrie was easy to chat to and super friendly. I would definitely recommend her and hope to use her services again!

We were a group of 26 travelling to Japan, it was a very well organized trip, with attention to detail and comfort. Our guides Kyle and Irvan were absolutely wonderful and felt like part of our family! I would totally reccommend the level of service to everyone.

My wife and I wanted to go to Japan with our kids ages 4 and 8. We wanted a custom iternary to visit all the theme parks (Sanrio, Disney, Universal, and Legoland) and activities that were fun for kids (Pokemon Centre, anime stores, and science centre). We worked with Lan Liu and UME to plan the trip April 2025 and went on our trip August 2025. It was nice to have people experienced in Japan help us out and that removed the stress of planning, logistics, and transportation. The private transportation was especially nice with young kids and we could take as long as we wanted at the places we chose. Our trip happened during the Air Canada strike and our flight was delayed by 3 days. Thankfully, Lan allowed us to shift our schedule and changed our flight pickup for free. That helped put out minds at ease during that unexpected strike. During the trip, we used WhatsApp with an e-sim card provided by UME so we could always communicate with the driver, tour guide, and Lan. If you want a stress free custom experience in Japan, I would highly recommend booking though UME and with Lan.

We booked our Asia tour (Singapore, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Phuket) with Lan Liu and it was a great experience. She was extremely helpful from the first contact I had with her. She was always available customizing the tour to our needs and answering all my emails and Whatsapp's. Great job Lan. During the tour, I want to highlight our tour guides, Mr. Kenny Chu in Singapore, Mika in Kuala Lumpur, and Mr. Monchai in Bangkok, who were a real plus. We enjoyed their conversations and information about the cities and attractions we visited. We are already planning our next adventure with UME
