We had an amazing trip to Beijing and Seoul! Our guides were very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. I highly recommend UME travel!

Amber with UME was great able to make a customized tailored private tour for my family and I with young toddler and accommodated all of our request . She even put in a bonus tea ceremony which was lovely . In addition the trip was exactly as stated and I did have a family emergency arise where I needed to immediately fly back to the states , for a loss and she accmodate those requests in an emergency situation . Highly recommend and I myself will utilize UME again and hope to work with Amber again to help plan our next trip in the future .

Carrie from Ume helped us plan a wonderful trip for a family of 4. With all the questions and discussions in the planning stages to questions while traveling, Carrie was always prompt and clear. We had airport and train transfers, and private tours arranged in all these cities - Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and Miyajima with stops at Mt. Fuji and Nara along the way. Everything went smoothly.

We are a family of 4 with grown children. We all agreed the UME travel guides were kind, flexible and knowledgeable about each destination. The highlight of our 10 day trip in Japan was staying at an onsen and discovering the areas surrounding Mt Fuji.

Amber has been an incredible help with planning and organizing our trip of 5 with a toddler! We were able to see so many places in Japan and I'm so glad we went with a guide. Ms. Lynn and Ms. Young were phenomenal tour guides and our drivers were also excellent and accommodating. Will definitely plan future trips with UME. They made things stress-free and so simple and captured many of the activities we wanted to do and see in the limited time that we had. Everyone involved was super accommodating to our toddler which was a relief for our travel days.

My trip experience was amazing. Ivan ensured all my requests were met and I had no worries from private airport pick-up, booking inner country flights, and a vacation packed with memorable activities. I will certainly use UMETravel and hope to work with Ivan again

Our agent, Dan Li, provided an itinerary which was very well-planned and organized! We had such a good experience and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our private tour guide, Watson, was very knowledgeable and personable, we learned so much from him; the communication of next steps for us as first time Japan visitors made a world of difference in this trip. We now want to come back and immerse ourselves with a new trip at another area of Japan and hopefully get to stay longer!

Our trip to Japan was a celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary and it lived up to all of our expectations. Thank you Amber for curating such a well rounded trip that allowed us to experience so many aspects of Japan and its culture. In ten days we visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Mt. Fuji, Hakone and Nara. We visited temples and shrines and experienced a kimono and tea ceremony. We stayed at the Ooike Hotel in Fujikawaguchiko and had a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji while soaking in the onsen. Our guides Karen and Bianco were both amazing and knowledgeable about Japan’s culture and history, they were great ambassadors for Japan and for their agency. This trip was tailored to our interests and we enjoyed every moment of an experience we will never forget.

UME travel is an excellent company doing business in Japan. Our planned itinerary was carefully organized. With the constant everyday scheduling, Steven Hu did an excellent job overseeing our trip to the last details of our trip.
