I placed an order on 6/6/26. I still do not have the item. The company says it’s been shipped (not at all in the timeframe their website says). Since it has shipped the company says it is out of their hands on how long it will take to get my order. I’ve tried to track the order but couldn’t pull up any information. So much for their 2-3 week delivery. When will I learn to check where these companies are located?

Charolette is absolutely fantastic. She has been so helpful and made sure that my order was delivered. She kept me informed as to where the product I ordered was in the delivery chain and the expected deliver date. It did turn out that I ordered the incorrect size for the license plate for our vehicles. I would like to point out that this was totally my fault.
Charolette was there to assist. She even provided a discount code so I could make the correct purchase.
Well it turned out that I found some addition items to purchase and guess what, she was there to assist again. She insured that my order receives priority packaging and shipping.
Charolette is very professional, caring, nice, helpful and just a wonderful person. She is a pleasure to chat with and wish her much success.

The product was described as hand painted glass, it was not. Deceptive marketing and false advertising for the product. I would like a full refund of all purchases the 4 mugs that cost nearly $70

I ordered the 250th anniversary license plate frame on 6-6-26 and have not received it yet. I tried calling customer support and 5 times the recording wanted me to SPELL my email address, then the recording would attempt to spell it back and got it WRONG every time. Ordered the 250 anniversary ball cap. Very delayed, so sent an email to their customer support address given in the site. No reply. Sent at least 6 emails. Never a response. Then all of a sudden tracking says it was delivered. It wasn't. Never received. No communication. Learned my lesson. Never again. Beware!!

I had some problems with the delivery…
I had some problems with the delivery of my package. Since it came from over seas there was a mix up on the package coming to the USA. I couldn't do anything on my end. So I had the sender check into it. they were able to find out what went wrong and got it straightened out. I did finally get the package and was very satisfied with my order. I really thank them for helping me get the package.

It was great in that it finally arrived in time for the 250th. It did take a long time to arrive but when it did everything was in good working order. I was completely satisfied. The best thing about it was the customer service. Staff was very helpful and kind and kept me informed of the shipment progress. All and all I am very satisfied. Thank you.
