Scooter is flimsy and the battery dies fast. I don't like the solid wheels I can feel every bump and Crack. Can fall easily.

One month later ….. scooter I ordered still hasn’t arrived. They sent me a lime green scooter when I ordered a black one. Would’ve been great to ride the green one while i waited for my actual scooter to arrive but nope - it was registered to someone else and numerous emails to unagi went unaddressed until I was simply told to wait for the new one. I live in a tiny NYC apartment so having a giant unrideable vehicle taking up space in my apartment was …. Frustrating to say the least. All the while I was bombarded with unagi promotion texts for one month free, a shitty referral credit for referring a friend - absolutely zero filter for this shameful soliciting. I’m sure the Customer Experience folks have relayed concerns around this type of promotion only to be told to keep blasting and churning these suckers out no matter the cost or rates of attrition. I need a back up mode of transport in case my van moof dies or runs out of battery so will patiently await the arrival of the scooter I ordered- scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. A full month after I put an order in. Thumbs down

The best just needed 👌 I light suspension

Shipping was slow but customer service responded quickly and made it right. My scooter arrived a be little beat up (which I didn’t expect) but runs fine. All in all I’m happy with the rental and am getting a lot of use out of it.

It took a long time to receive the scooter, even though my money was taken out of my account right away. It was hard to communicate with Unagi, a response took days to receive !

I order the one voyager.the scooter that I got is with 15 mph speed,unable to unlock the 20mph either manual or through the application.12 mi range at fully charged buttery.

I've had a wonderful time with the scooter in my first 60 miles on the SF North Beach hills! My only issue is that the color I got was the wrong one. I ordered 'Cobalt' and received 'Latte', but it reminds me of Vegeta's Saiyan armor, so it's alright.

I'm sorry... No, I am MAD!! I rented a used Unagi Scooter and had it for well over a year. I rode it all year round, and used it as my ONLY means of transportation. But before that year was out, I told my sister to inform her son about the sale that you were having. I think it was for $300 a used e250, with a carrying case. My sister asked me did I wanted one for Christmas, even though I was renting one. I said Sure. So then I had two e-scooters. I let a so-called friend borrow the one my sister purchased for me for Christmas. he skipped town.

The one I was renting had sounds of stress. I informed Unagi, and without hesitation, a mailing label was emailed to me for shipping. ...and they sent another scooter out to me. It was perfect... When the replacement was delivered, FedEx also took the one I was sending back. But I messed up, I canceled my subscription because I wanted something more...inflated tires and suspension.

The Unagi scooter I had, The Model One, e500, HAS DUAL MOTORS!! The one I have now, not theirs, has a single motor. Unagi e500 zooms uphill with NO problems. The one I have now...MIGHT get up that same hill. Wait, no, it doesn't.

I'm going to wait and see if they place the e500, Model One on sale, or when I finish paying off the one I have now, this other maker's scooter.. I will then purchase the newest Unagi Scooter they have.

Excellent customer service

Scooter is compact but it shall have suspension.
It does not feel comfortable on bumpy or uneven roads.

Scooter took 21 days to get delivered. It was broken and had to put on a request to change and will likely be another 21 days until I get a replacement.

Took about a month to receive it then it’s been almost another month waiting to even be able to connect it to my app because I don’t even know. You don’t have a working phone number. Your support only message me back between the hours of six and 8 o’clock at night. You have no support on the weekends so another words don’t have an issue with your scooter unless it’s between six and 8 o’clock Monday through Friday and then hope you get a reply. I had to reach out on Facebook Twitter through messenger and email for you guys to even somewhat answer me.

You are seriously impossible to get ahold of. Your customer service promises are all a lie. I am extremely disappointed. I have been able to ride my scooter once, and you have already over charged me a month!!! You have the wrong phone number associated with my scooter so I am unable to unlock it. The fact that you have no way of directly speaking with anyone when you make it sound like a seamless process and any issues can be handled with ease has been the farthest thing from a true experience. I am seriously debating make my knowledge of your poor antics known to hopefully prevent anyone else from making the mistake I did signing up with your company.

Well the scooter itself looked cool but left me stranded miles from my hotel and had to get an uber back. Everytime I used it it shut off unexpectedly leave me stranded and having to walk it back. Not happy will be sending back asap.

When I got it it looked used and crash but worked I loved the speed these go fast my hands couldn’t handle it but if you never road a scooter it’s cool to rent it so you don’t ever have a broken scooter
