Really great service

Upfront about costs, quick and reliable
Contacted the company after finding them on the Internet. Not clear why they came up as a local firm, as they are based in Leeds.
Despite this on contacting them, I spoke to a really helpful person who was clear about the costs and potential timescales for a plumber to come out. I was uncertain when I first called because it was a blocked bath sink, and I had not use a chemical unblocker at this stage. The person on the phone was not pushy for the job, allowing me to consider my options.
I did need their services as my bath appeared to be very blocked, despite plunging and waiting for chemicals to work. Rang Tuesday lunchtime and a visit was arranged for 8.30 to 9.30am the following day.
The plumber arrived within the allotted time and quickly got to work using suction to remove the blockage. Took less than 20 minutes.
This firm are honest about their costs and about availability. I was desperate to have the sink unblocked and could not wait for plumbers who were unable to give me a specific date. It would certainly have been cheaper to wait, but if you need the job doing quickly, want to know upfront about the costs, and want a firm that are reliable, I would recommend.

Firstly, thank you for sharing your experience with us in such detail. We are so pleased that we were able to provide clear information regarding costs and timescales which as you say allowed you to consider your options.
Although our headquarters are in Leeds, we do have engineers covering a wide area, hence we were easily able to assist with your issue.
As we are primarily a drainage company we do carry equipment which enables us to look into the possible causes of a blockage. I appreciate that in this instance, this wasn't needed but I hope you found our service good value for money under the circumstances.

Honest, prompt and professional service
Out of 3 companies I got to look at unblocking a companies toilet, that evan yorkshire water would not take on, this company did a brilliant, prompt and professional job for us. Drains were not blocked but need to know where they were for digging foundations for extension. Kev was brilliant.Explained everything and was in contact with me at all times. Very quick and efficient service. The lad that came to do service was polite, helpful and nothing too much trouble. If my new drains ever block I will not hesitate to call them again

Speedy, diligent and transparent
Came within an hour and the service was speedy and diligent. Price and process was explained up front followed by a clear explanation on site of what was going on. Went above and beyond to clear all channels in our drain despite only one of them causing the actual blockage. Really helpful and polite.

Brilliant customer service on the telephone, really helpful and organised for an engineer to arrive the same day within a couple of hours. Engineer arrived within the hour, sorted the problem swiftly and cleared up the mess after the job finished. Follow up phone call then provided to ensure no further problems. Leaking drain
Noticed I'd a cracked drain while doing work under crawl space below floorboards which was leaking. Called Unblockers. net. They sent a drainage engineer ( Dan ) who fixed problem by epoxy resin repair which he did using access from manhole. No digging needed or upheaval, done in 2 to 3 hours and ready to use. Checked under floor and no more leaks, really pleased with work carried. Very good and friendly service,can highly recommend.

First class service!
First class service from start to finish. Was quoted fair price for the job itself also price for worst case senario, so we knew where we stood before agreeing the job. Came same day and did a first class job plus cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant, polite and professional company. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience.
From making the telephone call the engineer attended within 2 hours.
There was a major problem with the drain which needed excavating.
The engineer returned the following day with all materials and equipment, excavate the holed, repaired the pipe and backfill. He removed all the rubbish and let the site very clean for the paving slabs to be relaid.
Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely use again.
