So Happy with Uncouth, I've been using the prescription service from Uncouth for nearly a year now. During that time I've gradually increased the strength of my formula and have found it suits my skin really well. Any questions or requests I've have always been answered promptly. Great customer service, value for money and results. I'm 56 and my skin looks and feels the best it's been in years. Thank you Dr Emma!

I have used a few different skin compounding companies, but Uncouth is by far the best. From the friendly website that is easy to use, to the compounds themselves, i really can't fault it. The information on the website is easy to read and understand (even the science bits!) and the whole team are more than happy to explain things if you need any extra information on anything. They are flexible about your subscription and reply to emails very promptly so you always feel part of the 'Uncouth' family.

In the past few years I've been with several persciption skincare provider, starting with Skin&me then moving to Dermatica and finally to Uncouth.
I've been with uncouth for months now possibly a year and I have to say that from the very offset I consistently been impressed by not just their treatment/product but also their customer service. They are so much more human, understanding, friendly, compassionate and accessible than any other company I have ever tried. Their treatment is also the first where I've actually felt its truly being custom created specifically for me. The treatment itself far surpasses others I've tried. It do much more hydrating and gentle on my skin even it contains the same level of active ingredients (Tretinoin).
If your looking for prescription skincare then I definitely recommend giving Uncouth a try.

Great company; great formulas. I’ve tried other bespoke face cream formulations but would say this is the best. The team help you every step of the way and guide you through using hydroquinone which is the gold star for pigmentation. It’s really helped my skin feel its best.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, happily answer any questions. No irritation from my personal prescription which was a relief as I’d read lots of horror stories about tretinoin, I’ve used it to help with hormonal acne and after a little purging (which is common) it’s cleared it up and no scarring which I normally get with acne. I’m continuing to use it to keep my acne at bay and to help with anti ageing - my skin is looking so much better after 6 months and I’m looking forward to even better results as time goes on!

I’ve been with them from the day they started. They are very quick to respond if you have any problems, or want changes to the formula. It’s just like having your own specialist at your beck and call.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Emma and the team at Uncouth. The product itself is by far superior to other subscription prescription services I have used. The base ingredients are fantastic and nourishing and it’s really enjoyable to use. The care from Dr. Emma and the team goes above and beyond every time. Dr. Emma is very active on the social media group and very responsive and so very helpful.

I think this is probably the best customer experience I’ve had. I am really appreciative.

Love everything about this company. I've been using their cream for over a year since the other brand I was using decided to increase prices and while simultaneously reducing how much you got. Happily I can say I've never had any such issues with this company, the product is lovely, the price has stayed consistent and they're always transparent about changes, like a recent formula change. They are also absolutely lovely, friendly and great at responding to emails 😊

I love the formula, I have had the same percentage of the ingredients from other providers and always had irritation/peeling etc. The team normally come back to respond to any questions within 24 hours, they are super quick and happy to help. I 100% recommend Uncouth over any other prescription skin care provider and I'm pretty sure I've used them all, or at least the main four including Uncouth.

I’ve been using Uncouth for about six months now, and I’m so happy with the product and the results. It’s really easy to communicate with the dermatologists, and when I had some issues getting used to retinol, they gave me excellent support really quickly, and tweaked my next formula accordingly. I use the product about twice a week as my skin is pretty sensitive, and I’m seeing results: my skin tone is more even, the texture is less rough, and I’ve got a lovely glow. Really pleased!

I started using uncouth at the beginning of 2024. I have quite sensitive skin as I get older therefore have used it gradually and carefully, building up to around 2 to 3 times a week, which is great for me. I have emailed the team on a number of occasions for advice and they have been great every time with a quick reponse. As I dont use the formula every night, it lasts ages, therefore the team are happy you postpone orders so you don’t end up with too much. Since having a proper skincare routine and adding uncouth to the routine, my skin has massively improved. I have always hated my skin. It will never be perfect, but I am more than happy with the improvements I am seeing 😊

I have tried two other prescription skincare services and Uncouth is far superior! My formula is giving me results so much faster than I have ever made progress with my hyperpigmentation and I really appreciate the accessible and friendly customer service and Facebook group. I recommend uncouth to anyone! It is fantastic!

I was hesitant at first to use the product as in past my skin has not reacted well to some creams and caused me to have more severe acne breakouts. However I’m just 3 months my acne had cleared and scars had faded and there was noticeable changes that others had commented on.
