I had an order that was lost in transit, and unicoeye went above and beyond for me. Not only did they catch that my package never made it to its destination, but they replaced my entire order and said if the first one arrived to just keep it. My new replacement order is in transit to me now, and I really thought I'd just never get my order because it was lost. The person that has handled my replacement, kazuki, has been the best customer service I have ever gotten from any company. Two of my picks were out of stock, so she had me pick 3 replacements for each, that way it wasn't a bunch of back and forth, and she chose one of my picks to replace each of the two out of stocks. So I'm getting two different ones instead of my original choices, but I'm still getting the same yearly contacts that I originally ordered. So I'm getting my entire order replaced at no cost, because mine was lost in transit. The communication and kindness extended by kazuki is unmatched. I will definitely be exclusively ordering my contacts from this company from here forward, they have my loyalty most definitely. Seriously went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive my order and extended apologies for it not making it to me. The service rendered was absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend this company to anyone, they truly care about their customers.

So my contacts seemed to take FOREVER to get to me BUT once I got them I absolutely fell in love with the gray contact I got. My natural color is blue green so it just lightened n enhanced my natural color n I love it!! My husband didn’t even know I was wearing contacts but asked if I was doing my make different because it looked pretty. They are sift n comfortable. I had always been satisfied with this company until recently when I encountered a serious problem. My package, which contained contact lenses, was stolen from my apartment building. After discovering the theft, I went door-to-door in my building, hoping to find some information about my missing package.
To make matters worse, each time I tried to call the customer service number, which is a 727 area code from Florida, I found it frustratingly unhelpful. This is particularly upsetting for me because the company is technically headquartered in California. The inconsistency in where their customer service is located raised a red flag for me. Despite my frustration, I previously enjoyed ordering from this company and had hoped to continue, but this experience has changed my mindset entirely.
I reached out to customer service multiple times, only to feel ignored after an initial conversation with a representative. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt stuck in an endless cycle of communication without any actual progress. I’ve always found it difficult to deal with back-and-forth exchanges when it comes to resolving order issues. It simply doesn’t help and adds to the stress of the situation.
What upset me the most was having to plead for a refund after explaining the situation regarding my stolen contact lenses. It baffled me why they would choose a different delivery service for such important items without notifying their customers in advance. After talking to the delivery company about the issue, I was met with indifference; they didn’t seem to know how to handle the problem either. Consequently, I felt compelled to keep reaching out to Unicoeye for assistance.
As of now, I have not placed any new orders with this company, and I doubt I ever will again. This experience has prompted me to advise them to reevaluate their shipping practices. It’s crucial for them to partner with reliable delivery services that ensure packages are securely delivered to either the mailbox or the front door. Furthermore, they should take the initiative to follow up with their customers regarding shipping statuses to prevent situations like mine from happening in the future.

The contacts are extremely affordable, but the issue was them not getting delivered and going back and forth in email to either ship a new order of my contacts or refund me. Eventually, they not only got my contacts to me, but add an extra set. However, upon the last delivery of contacts my packaged had been sliced open. I have a key locked mailbox.
The contacts are light weight and don’t dry my eyes out unless my eyes are naturally dry that day due to allergies. I loved the first experience I had with this company, but the second was very rocky. Will try again.

I'm still fuming! Unicoeye is the absolute worst eyewear site I've ever dealt with. Their website said everything was in stock, so I spent ages picking out the perfect contacts. But right when I hit checkout? Boom! They tell me it's actually out of stock! And instead of fixing their messed-up inventory, they just go, "Hey, pick something else"? Are you kidding me? It's like they're purposely tricking people into shopping there!
And that was just the start of my headache. When I got the replacement lenses, I couldn't believe my eyes! They looked nothing like the glossy pictures on the site. The colors were way off, the quality was garbage, and it's clear they just use fake images to trick customers. Promising one thing and sending something totally different? That's straight-up scamming!
But here's the real kicker: I noticed their whole website looks exactly like another legit company's. It's like they copy-pasted every word, image, and description. I'm 100% convinced this is a sketchy fake site stealing from honest businesses, trying to pretend they're legit.
Do yourself a favor—run, don't walk, away from Unicoeye. They're shady, unprofessional, and flat-out lying to customers. I'm telling everyone I know to stay clear of this rip-off website. Seriously, save your money and your sanity!

Bought 2 pairs of contacts from this seller on 4/5/2025. I had the worse experience with this seller since. Contacts never arrived promised to refund then retracted. The only resolution I was given was a replacement when I had already spent more money elsewhere. This seller does not take any accountability and the customer service is non existent. I do not recommend buying from them. BUY from Uniix or unibling instead.
