Shipped promptly and items are in good condition! The quality of the box used in shipment can be improved. It came all dented. Luckily the items inside are intact and not squashed.

My order is perfect ! Thank you verry mutch.

Excellent service very timely pleasure to deal with

We ordered from the USA, so I was skeptical if our order would arrive, but lo and behold it did! The company even returned my email when I had questions about delivery. The adopt me pet I ordered is out of stock every where by us and we couldn’t find it anywhere, so my daughter was super excited when it arrived! Thanks again!

Bought a funko from unicornpunkboi.com the funko was new, good price but dispatch was long over a month, but I was happy to wait as they had to order them into store, delivery and dispatch was as stated! Happy customer

I have nothing but praise for this company. Excellent communications at every stage of transaction, even when an initial delivery went missing a replacement was quickly sorted in time for my sons birthday. This was the first time ordering from them and I will 100% purchase again. If you’re in doubt, don’t be, cannot recommend highly enough!

The order went well and arrived today.
However, there was a surprise which you can't do anything about either and that was 19 euros tax to custom clearance the parcel. But the product exceeds expectations and the grandson is completely happy 👍.
Maybe it's a good idea to put the custom clearance charges on the website for customer outside the UK?

Fast shipping and everything arrived in great condition!

Returning customer. Good value considering the items were imports. Clear communication and rapid delivery. Very happy. Thank you.

I recently purchased the Mutant Mayhem Playset from Unicorn & Punkboi for my soon-to-be 5-year-old son, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Being in California, I was initially concerned about shipping from the UK, but the folks at Unicorn & Punkboi went above and beyond to ensure my order arrived on time, and they certainly delivered on their promise!

First and foremost, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price of the Mutant Mayhem Playset. The fact that the delivery charges turned out to be cheaper than expected was an added bonus. Unicorn & Punkboi truly understands the importance of providing value to their customers, and I greatly appreciate their commitment to reasonable pricing.

Speaking of delivery, the package arrived much quicker than I anticipated. I was thrilled to see how efficiently they processed and shipped my order. The timely delivery was crucial, as I wanted the playset to be a special birthday surprise for my son. Thanks to Unicorn & Punkboi's exceptional service, everything went according to plan, and my little one's face lit up with joy when he unwrapped his present.

I highly recommend Unicorn & Punkboi to anyone in search of top-quality toys and exceptional customer service. They have earned my trust, and I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future. Thank you, Unicorn & Punkboi, for making my son's birthday truly memorable!
