Website doesn’t work correctly. I clicked on the puzzle and size that I wanted for two puzzles. I wanted the king size on both puzzles. But when I added to cart the site changed the size to small. I didn’t realize until delivery. Now customer service is awful awful awful trying to exchange them

I couldnt agree more with all those bad revievs.Im still waiting for puzzle i ordered in the end of november.
Their customer service is a disaster.It looks they are busy with sending so many emails with deals and offers and totally dont bother to answer your questions and helpand support your otder. Something wrong happened with this company.I have few products,but this one will be definitely the last one.

J’ai des puzzles de cette marque depuis longtemps et je dois avoir la quasi-totalité de la collection sur les animaux dont j’apprécie la qualité et soin des produits. Dernièrement j’ai passé une commande importante des puzzles en KS et RS via le site pour éviter les contrefaçons vu le prix de ces tailles, et j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de recevoir seulement la moitié des puzzles neufs! (puzzles sous blister et dans une boîte en carton impeccable )
Les autres étaient en fait des retours des plateformes de vente telles Amazon ou autres! ( Etiquettes de la plateforme collées au dos de la boîte du puzzle, ps très discret …)
Facile à comprendre ce qui se passe vu le délai de retour sur ces plateformes, les puzzles sont achetés , faits et retournés ensuite par des acheteurs peu honnêtes à la plate-forme qui les renvoie à son tour au fournisseur .
Sauf que ce dernier se contente juste de mettre grossièrement du scotch sur la boîte extérieure avant de les remettre en vente comme les neufs sans même vérifier si ils sont complets ou en bon état ! Pour preuve ceux que j’ai reçus et dont les boites en carton étaient rafistolées avaient des pièces abîmées aux coins et bords , typique quand les puzzles sont faits et refais…
Service client contacté mais non réactif avec toujours les mêmes questions pour jouer la montre et faire passer le délai de retour… bref déplorable quand on voit le prix des puzzles et tous les affirmations de qualités/service sur leur site !

What a sad affair ... three weeks after I ordered a jigsaw I started to enquire and was told there was a problem with carrier. When I enquired more, I was told it hadn't shipped. I was offered a refund, but wanted to get to the bottom of it, asking for company details in every email. Eventually I gave up and accepted the refund, still no company details or telephone number. The name on the email is in Russian letters ...

Have sent two requests for help in replacing a missing piece of the Gentle Lynx. Finished the puzzle but one piece is missing. What a letdown...and emailing them has resulted in nothing more than an automated response telling me all operators are busy and my problem will be addressed asap.

All in all, i am satisfied, i have 4 big puzzles of this brand and they are indeed impressive.

But If you leave a bad review on their website, they dont display it, which is completely dishonest.

My main concerns were that their box no longer close after a very short time because the material they are made of wears out very quickly.
Also, the paint of the puzzle can flake off.

Commande perdue !
Commande faite en novembre et jamais reçue! Unidragon m'a demandé de faire moi-même les recherches pour retrouver le paquet ! Après une quantité astronomique d'échanges par mail, je n'ai rien reçu ! Et unidragon ne rembourse pas les 89 euros ! J'ai perdu du temps et de l'argent !

Ende November 2023 habe ich online ein Puzzle bestellt und bezahlt. Ich habe eine Bestätigung erhalten und eine Sendungsnummer für die deutsche Post. Dort war unter dieser Nummer nie eine Sendungsverfolgung abrufbar. Es folgte bis heute ein Mailverkehr mit Unidragon (ca. 20 Mails)…die Antworten von Unidragon: es werde abgeklärt, man warte auf Antworten und ich solle Geduld haben! Eine 2. Sendungsnummer wurde mir mitgeteilt, welche aber bei der deutschen Post unbekannt war. Ich hatte nun fast 4 Monate Geduld und immer noch keine Ware, bzw. Rückerstattung! So habe ich die Angelegenheit heute meiner Kreditkartenfirma mitgeteilt und Unidragon geschrieben welche Schritte ich nun vorgenommen habe. Ich rate jedem ab bei dieser Firma zu bestellen!

Great wooden puzzles in a chic wooden boxes. Absolutely gorgeous colours! I did the fox puzzle and I have to say that extremely surprised by the quality of the product. All the pieces were individually cut and each and everyone of them had a different animal shape.
The puzzle itslef is not extremely hard to solve, but it will require a good few hours to solve it, which I love it.
Definitely, a reliable product and company.

service client déplorable. Juste un chat qui répond en boucle " en recherche d'information pour clarifer votre question " et une adresse mail qui ne réponds pas, alors que la question est pourtant simple, Pourquoi la commande passé le 27/11 ne semble toujours pas prise en compte le 13/12 ? pas de delai annoncé, pas d'infos sur l'état de la commande, une abscense total de suivi des commandes...

I have a vast collection of unidragon puzzles in my permanent collection! They are by far one of my top picks for wooden puzzles because they offer so much variety. I recently assembled Space Quezzle and it was a remarkable experience! There were so many details, the new raised UV printing makes the colors pop! Space Quezzle has so much fun packed into the box-one that is opened by solving riddles! In addition to the 1000 piece puzzle, there were four 3D spaceships to assemble and several games along with quests and secret puzzles to assemble by reading the guide book! Truly a magical experience for the whole family

Unidragon puzzles are unlike any others I've tried. The attention to detail is outstanding, and its evident that they prioritize quality. Unidragon - my new addiction

I gotta admit, Unidragon puzzles are my new addiction. I can't stop building them. It's a little embarrassing, but who cares? They're that good.

Great company and customer service. Products are definitely AAA tier, bought 3 different Unidragon puzzles, each looks fantastic, and quality is great. 10/20

Just be aware, that Unidragon is a Russian-based company, supported by Russian Government Grants. They have multiple shell companies in Europe and USA to hide their actual business address, but you can still verify on the product packing that these puzzles are made in Russia (thanks to importing regularly, at least this they can't hide). They also use unfair business practices against their competitors, including the one from Ukraine, this is awful. There is a huge investigation on this, please don't support this company
