This company came out right away and I was a private pay out of pocket and they did an amazing job. They were right on time. They gave me my estimate upfront and nothing changed from that so I appreciate that I was not having to haggle or anything. I highly recommend this company if you have any water damage, they get out there quickly and they get everything dried and they are very reasonably priced

Unified Restoration coordinated the demolition of our primary bathroom using VM Demolition, and the demolition team was outstanding. Everything was meticulously taped off to protect the rest of our home, and plastic was laid down in all traffic areas. The crew was incredibly conscientious about cleanliness and treated our home with the utmost respect throughout the entire process.

The mitigation work in our bathroom was handled flawlessly. When the taping was removed, our home was left in fantastic condition—clean, organized, and well cared for. It was clear that every detail mattered to this team.

These guys were soooo nice and VERY careful as I had damage near very fragile items and my work setup. They treated my home with care as if it were their own. They were also super transparent about billing and weighing out options. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
