Do not order from this website. Material of hoodies/crewnecks are not what they appear at all. Also you're unable to return, so now I'm stuck with a hoodie that my daughter will not wear. I don't blame her either, the material is hard and rough. Also ordered way in advance of Christmas and barely made it to the US in time.

We didnt like the material of the sweatshirt we ordered. When I reached out to the company, they are willing to send me a different sweatshirt with no extra cost. It hasnt been sent out yet but they are great at communicating to me and we look forward to receiving one with cotton material

I've been wanting this hoodie FOREVER and after completing about it at 1am in the morning I've finally did it, I'm so excited and proud of myself!!

Their customer service, albeit slow, is responsive and they do seem to care about customer satisfaction.

It has been a month since I ordered something from here and it still has not arrived. The shipping update says it is in Chicago for the last 4 days with no update on when it will arrive in Kansas. What a joke.

Took over a month to get to me.

The website says they're 100% cotton, but they are the cheapest material and sticky and zero cotton in them. Total scam website. Won't let you return or exchange. Everything comes from China.

I purchased two items from there and was not super happy with the quality. The shirt's print was crooked and not centered, and the hoodie's material was just not what was expected. I have emailed for a return, and nobody is getting back to me. The return process is not the best. I am still waiting to hear a response.

Great spiritual clothing

I purchased my order 3 weeks before Christmas. Today is currently a month since my order and this was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. According to tracking, it has been in the same place for the last 6 days but doesn't say where it is-- "2026-01-02 03:00
Operation completed, awaiting transfer".
I am beyond frustrated with this company and if I don't have the order in the next 7 days I will be asking for a refund. Even "Temu" is faster than this and cheaper. I'm over it.

Although I received my order after a month, the quality in the product was excellent! Loved the actual scripture and the design as well as the quality of the material. Was a bit disappointed in the processing and shipping process but the product was worth the wait.

It’s been over a month since placing my order and I still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed multiple times and the tracking link is less than helpful. Luckily I didn’t order this package as a Christmas gift because it’s way beyond that time.

Shipping from China took over 4 weeks and missed Christmas. The “Forgiven” sweatshirt letters were lined up but the “Redeemed” sweatshirt was way off and it looks like it just says “DEEM” across the back. These also run very small.

Super disappointed in this company...I ordered a shirt on Dec. 6th and finally received it on Jan. 4th, after multiple emails. Every email I wrote received a response of "we're always here for you!" or "give us a shout if you need anything!"....absurd! I asked for tracking info multiple times, but aside from a number (which I already knew but was not tracking correctly) they were unable to give me any further information as to where my package might be or when it may be delivered. It's ridiculous that a company would be unable to track it's own merchandise. I would recommend researching other companies when ordering because nothing could be worse than the service from Unifit.

Terrible experience. Bought 2 shirts, one was ok, the other was horrendous! The material was super thick, not breathable, oddly shiny, and uncomfortably stiff. I reached out to them to return it and of course they are all the way in China and said I need to cover the return shipping or they will give me a 10% refund. What a scam! Buy from American companies who stand by their products.

It has been a month since I ordered and I still don’t have my sweatshirt. I wasn’t even told when the expected ship time would be. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I guess may end up being a Valentine’s gift if it even shows up. If this really is a hoax I will be super disappointed that people are using people’s faith in Jesus Christ for their own monetary benefit.

The company reached out to me after I received my product and provided me a refund since I was not happy with my product

It’s been 24 days since I’ve ordered and still have not received my order.

They never placed address on package but it’s been claimed as “delivered” they accept zero accountability and has taken over a month of back and forth emails with no resolution. DONOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Horrible. Ordered a hoodie and have sent emails requesting updates. While I did receive a response, one month plus later, trying to get my money back-SCAM.

I purchased this sweatshirt on 11/12/25 after reading reviews of long wait time. Nothing about quality being poor and I ordered it. Unfortunately the quality is horrible. It’s a polyester hoodie with no stretch or give. My son will not wear it because it is uncomfortable. The wording is sublimations and not screen print. Contacted customer service and could not return it due to no item defect. Offered me 20% off next purchase or 10% refund. I said I’d like to ship it back only to find out it is actually from China and not in CO like their website states. So it would cost $27 to ship it back or give me 12% refund. Do not use this company. I’m guessing most people orders around the same time I did for Christmas because now I’m seeing all the negative reviews and with the same issues.
