Had issues with faulty products
I had an issue with some faulty products, the tea towels and body towels rub off while drying, knives are constantly blunt while the can opener broke on first use. The pots and pans rub off while cooking but at least it arrived before I did.
Edit: After voicing my issues, the customer service team reached out to me and offered me a refund as part of the money back guarantee. Very good customer service even after purchasing

Everything was neatly packaged and waiting for me at the accommodation. I would most definitely recommend your services to international students who can't carry bedroom and kitchen necessities from their hometown due to luggage allowance.
Everything is high quality and extremely durable!

Its such a shame our communication broke down. I have sent you some follow up emails dated 20.11, 25.11 and 02.12.
Just to reassure you, we carry out extensive market research to ensure our prices remain competitive and convenient compared to local high street stores. We also offer three tier options to suit different budgets. UniKitOut has even been featured on BBC One’s Shop Well for Less for our value and service.
Regarding your delivery, which was requested for 18th September, our records show that DPD delivered at 3:48pm on that day and it was signed for by a staff member named Anna. DPD also emailed you confirmation along with the delivery image. If the items reached you later than this, I’m very sorry. It is possible the reception team stored the boxes for later collection by students.
