Unimove Reviews 

Like so many people's plans this year, my daughter's move from Edinburgh to London was affected by COVID-19. Due to quarantine requirements, I was unable to travel to help with her move as originally planned, so we had to find an alternative (and do so fast). We were very happy with the service provided by Unimove and particularly appreciated that estimated pick-up and delivery time slots were communicated by text message the previous day. We were very happy with Claire's support and professionalism and would use Unimove again. The delivery of the packing kit in Edinburgh did not go so smoothly, but that was down to UPS rather than Unimove.

Excellent Storage and Moving Service!!

Claire and Unimove provided an excellent service and feedback. My daughter had a very smooth transfer from Sheffield to Welwyn Garden City. Moving houses/flats is always stressful but with Unimove, they made is easy. I will definitely use Unimove again next year.

I can't say enough positive things about Unimove! I highly recommend. They are very professional, and easy to deal with. My daughter abruptly left the UK due to Covid this past spring, packing a small bag. We never anticipated that she wouldn't be back to pack up her apartment and move. Unimove, and Claire stepped in and packed her entire apartment, stored her things, and then delivered them when her new lease began. So very thankful for their care and attention to detail. They took all of the stress away.

Consider there is a pandemic lock down and my daughter is now back at the other side of the world with us. UNIMOVE came up trump! They helped relocate all my daughter's belongings from student rental to 80 years old grandma’s garage, 3 hours drive away. The whole move went smoothly and efficiently. Grandma was also impress how on time, polite and helpful the movers were. Thank you UNIMOVE for taking the stress away for us. I will ask my son to use your service when it’s time for him to move student housing this September.

Due to the current situation, I was unable to go back to the UK and pack my belongings. I found Unimove online and contacted them regarding my situation. The entire team has been wonderful, responding and working quickly and efficiently. I am so glad I stumbled upon their company and I would 10/10 recommend them to everyone

Needed a company to store the my items over the summer since I would be travelling soon. I looked around with quite a few companies but UNIMOVE were the only ones who were fairly priced and were able to come within a weeks time. From the get-go they were professional and really good at communicating. One the day of collection, they gave me an estimated time slot which helped me plan the rest of my day around their arrival. They were on time and managed to move the boxes in less than half an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in a similar position to me and needs some summer storage. Special shoutout to Claire, Rachel, and Hilary who made this process a dream!

In March, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, my daughter, like many other overseas Uni students, was forced to leave her house quite quickly in order to catch a flight home before international borders closed. A few weeks later, when it became evident that she was not going to be able to return before the end of the academic year we had a big problem to solve - how to pack, collect and store her belongings for the summer when we had no option of doing this ourselves and no local friend/family assistance available. We were lucky enough to find UNIMOVE who were professional and efficient from the very first communication and gave a clear and comprehensive quotation with various options and transparent and fair pricing. After a few email exchanges we arranged the pick-up date/time and a key holder was able to provide UNIMOVE with access on the day. The team were a delight to work with and communication, follow-up and overall service has been excellent. We literally couldn't have done it without Claire and team and have no hesitation in highly recommending them :)
