Excellent service. The guy Omar and his team gave us a wonderful service and made our moving easy and successful.

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother move. Everything was really well organised from start to finish, they kept me updated throughout and arrived exactly when expected. The guy was friendly, helpful and took good care of all my things. Everything got there safely and there were no issues at all. Really appreciate their help and would happily recommend them!

Absolutely brilliant! A reliable team helped moved my parents from south to the north this week. It was a tough job but they were punctual, friendly, and followed instructions to a T. They carefully packaged and delivered all items. Highly recommend and the price was spot on also very competitive!

These two guys were amazing Ali Raza and Habib so respectful and quick they cleared a room in no time,they also put my beds back together put my washing machine back together.I moved from Epsom to Sussex so they had a bit of a journey and we couldn't get in to property for a few hours but they waited patiently .I must of had at least 8 quotes they came out the cheapest by far .

Shan was unbelievable right from the start. Very easy to talk to, patient and delivered fantastic service. Out of the removal companies calling me, Shan was head and shoulders above the rest and very competitive in price. Ali and his colleague were great. Ali was a very calm and composed professional which made the difference for our stressful move. I can’t rate them highly enough and look forward to using them again in the future!

Absolutely brilliant service, from the point of first talking about my needs, to getting a quote, booking, to removals. On the day the team arrived promptly and were so efficient and skilled at dismantling furniture and packing that we were ahead of schedule and were able to move half of our things into storage a day early, which definitely saved us time on moving day. The guys loaded up the stuff quickly despite different conditions in the storage unit. At the other end, I helped them unload and put things in the right rooms, which they did very rapidly and carefully. The assembled bed, and sofa, and moved a wardrobe, and it was great! Thanks especially to Umar and Gujjar!

The process was overall a good experience, very professional, effective and easy. The movers were very polite and friendly. Some improvements regrading hidden fees would be beneficial in the future, although this was communicated last minute due to misunderstanding and solved quickly.

From start to finish the whole experience was very professional. The team was thorough in taking into account every item that needed moving and were skilful in packing the items which allowed for fewer trips.

They even allowed us to stop and buy a table we saw at a second hand store on the way to the new place!

We were on a 4th floor apartment and had multiple large items which the guys managed to get up there and fit through tight gaps with ease. Highly recommend!

Personally, having moved with them in 2019 and again when a house purchase fell through at a late hour in 2024, United Man stepped in, moved everything to storage and then to the (eventual) purchase in 2025. Nothing broken, nothing but politeness and sheer hard work.

Corporately, in my working life, United Man have served for several years in terms of moving items between London, Birmingham & Manchester. We know that they are the best and rarely seek a second quote.

Their invoices are very reasonable. You might be able to get marginally cheaper by going for a man with a van, uninsured and a joker, with no idea what he's doing, but that's your decision and that's your risk.

If you are in London or the SE and looking to move, business or personal, get a quote from United Man and another from a 'national'. Compare and contrast - price and personal interest / service - take it from there.

I cannot commend them (Umar & colleagues) highly enough.

My experience using this service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them. The advisor was professional and accommodating. Which puts me at ease. The driver and his helper was hilarious none stop banter and laugher. It was indeed a smooth move. Dispite running over time my move was absolutely stressfree. Base on the service they provided. I gave them a good tip as apprection.
