When things looked shaky, they turned things smooth as silk. They kept me in the loop the whole time and stayed on top of things until the end. Ron even checked on me after the papers were signed! I worked with Dom Johnson during the recent refinancing of a loan for my home. Dom and United Mortgage Lending ended up saving us thousands of dollars and the process was efficient from beginning to end.

I was already working with a lender that I had worked with before. They asked to see the offer and when I sent it to them, they convinced me that it was a terrible offer and they could do better. They tried to write it up with a value 60K higher than what I told them I thought it would come back at and then when I got the appraiser to come out, which just so happens to be best friends with the owner of the Mortgage company, they structured my home completely different than the last two appraisals I had done. This company basically scammed me out of the appraisal fee of $650 and then told me that the appriased value was lower than it was on 2024 which is crazy when the property value trend has only been increasing in my area. DO NOT USE Kayla or Anthony at this company. They are snakes!!

Was pre-approved, jumped through 100 hoops over subsequent weeks and was told I was "48 hours from close" and then the underwriters. and then rejection last minute... DO NOT USE!!!

For one they lied to entire process, they kept asking for unnecessary documents to drag out the process. They then stopped calling completely and just texted back and forth. They told us the loan would close in a day! I know that is impossible but he was so sure, then they kept saying we were approved for all this money but when the paperwork came in it was half the amount. Horrible company steer clear

I refinanced to Pay off Credit Card Debt and they didn't Fulfill their Contract.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS !!!! SCAM !!!! CALLED ME 5 AM in the morning and get into a phone argument and where I am located and that their system is showing where I am..... THIS IS not the kind of business you want to DEAL with !!!!! REPORTED them to BBB and TRUST PILOT... PATRICK also gave me a fake company name so that I don't write a review. I asked him several times to remove me from the list and he kept going about that I am lying...!!! BE AWARE I will make it a point to let everybody know what a SCAM this company is and how they train their employees to LIE and HARASS people
