Had what I needed at a very good realistic price which I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else. Good communication throughout from ordering to delivery within a week. Delivery a bit expensive though, to here in UK, but overall very pleased. Would use again.

Unitrailer first of all had stock of exactly what I needed. The ordering process was swift and delivery on time as specified by them. The boat trailer mudguard is good quality and is strong.
Will definitely use them in the future.

Needed a quick delivery and as it says Trailers UK thought it would be sent from this country. It turns out it is being sent from another country and I have missed my date that I was using my trailer. It still hasn't arrived. Should be made more transparent. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew.

We apologise for any orders with extended delivery dates. This is of course due to ongoing border checks of each parcel coming in and out of the UK. The duration of each check depends on the type of ordered product. We unfortunately have no influence on the speed of the process.

1. Unprofessional approach by customer services worker Mr. Igor Szyszka. ( I tried to get in touch with Unitrailer for 2 days but Mr Igor Szyszka wrote me it's non of your business !!!!!! I was shocked...
2. Requested call back on website for 10 am. Mr Igor Szyszka sent me on chat... phone doesn't work !
My suggestion to unitrailer retail focus on customer services staff standard!!!
Be aware of this website it's located in Poland but operated like in UK ... Goods on arrival will be taxed with VAT !!!

As well as that, we inform about import duty procedures in many website areas as well. This information is not only visible in the basket, but also on each product page.
