Niki was a great driver, taking us from Bulgaria to Romania in a stress-free journey. He arrived early, gave us bottles of water, made a comfort stop, and facilitated our passage through the border. At a time out of season when public transport is limited, this service is indispensable.

I have been absolutely amazed by Unitrans for their services right from the first contact to the very last drop at the airport for the return journey :)

I shortlisted 7 companies for private transfer needs for our trip in Bulgaria (Sofia to Leshten via Rila Monastery, Leshten to Plovdiv and Plovdiv to Sofia Airport) and sent them an email with exact requirements. I got response from 3 on the same day, including from them. And the Unitrans was the only company that provided a professional, polished and detailed quote along with realistic suggestions of duration, proposed itinerary, different packages etc. Even their prices were transparent and most reasonable. This, along with the recommendation I received from my Bulgarian friend, made my choice easy. I am so glad I chose them.

They finalized the 3 reservations promptly once I accepted the quotes. The 'hotline' WhatsApp number (they are also on multiple apps like Viber and Telegram) was easy to contact throughout and they responded in a prompt and helpful manner whenever needed. The chauffeurs were thorough professionals, with customer-first attitude and we had some amazing conversations about the local culture, places, politics and more! Special mention for Petko, Dimitar and Martin! They were even flexible to make necessary adjustments and stops during the trips. Most importantly, I could sense the human side of the company which treats their customers and employees in a very caring manner. This was very clear in all the interactions and experiences we had.

We booked a private taxi transfer from Sofia to Byala (Varna region) with Unitrans, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
Our driver, Vesco, was fantastic-an extremely safe and professional driver with a very warm, friendly attitude that made the long trip fly by. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and the entire journey felt smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend Unitrans and would definitely book with them again!

Absolutely perfect service! The cars are always clean and shiny, outside and inside. The drivers are always polite, you get water and wet wipes if you need them. Always on time! They are just amazing!

I definitely recommend this company. Professional approach, willingness and very fair dealing. We ordered the service in advance. A taxi was waiting for us at the Plovdiv airport at the agreed time. We had everything that was in the description of the pre-arranged service. We ordered this company the next day as well, because we were traveling to Kazanlak for the Rose Festival and we had no way to get there. The driver arrived at the agreed time, was very nice, we had water available and the vehicle was clean and tidy. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by such a professional approach and we will definitely be happy to use their services in the future.

Very impressed with Unitrans, they found me a driver from Burgas to Haskovo with less than 24h notice and then from Haskovo to Sofia within 1h of contacting them for same day last minute transfer. Taxis between Sofia and the Rila Seven Lakes. Both drivers, Davin and Tsvetelin, were excellent, good company and helpful. The cars are comfortable and up-to-date. A great service I would happily use again.
