Simon and team have helped me navigate all aspects of shipping and have allowed me to avoid paying thousands in fees.

The team are honest, trustworthy, genuine people. A breath of fresh air where there are so many larger companies trying to scam.

I live in Finland now and wanted to buy a bed from the UK as I wanted one that would be made from all natural materials and of high quality. Also I wanted one that was 6” by 7” as I’m tall. You just can’t find it in Finland.

It took me some time to find a logistics company that was willing to handle the paperwork and the shipping.

As the process got going Simon Arnold from Unity Logistics helped all the way. We were able to communicate on WhatsApp and by email so we could make quick decision. He even contacted me on his day of to give me an update

That’s when the problems started. The bed delivery company started messing around the end shipping company started messing around and the export documentation started becoming very complicated.
The only person and company in the whole three month saga that did not break, fall over or wash their hands of the processes was Simon at Unity Logistics.

Customer service seems to have fallen f a cliff now days but Simon provided an old school service which is rare nowadays. So thanks Unity for your help and support and thanks Simon for the service.

Oh yes I get a good night’s sleep in the new bed. Just in case you were wondering
