I bought a 4 year old VW T6.1 from Universal Vans at a very competitive price; from the first phone call to the final delivery, staff were unfailingly helpful. Post vehicle inspection and test drive, my feedack re the van was taken seriously and acted upon without question before final purchase.
I would not hesitate to buy from this team again.

Mark made the whole process so easy and straight forward. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and flexible and always easy to get in touch with. The van is lovely and I can't recommend Universal Vans enough.

Got the transit off this company , very happy with the service throughout, within 4 weeks of having the transit there was an issue with the battery , called them and it was sorted straight away , I’m in awe of the aftercare and consideration to the customer this company give after sale , so so happy to the point of looking at getting another van of off them, most company’s in my experience wouldn’t of even answered the phone , in this instance they truly care that there customers are happy with the product , I take my hat off well done

We contacted Universal Vans via online enquiry back in December, the following morning promptly we got a call from Marc Pearce, who assisted us and accommodated all our requirements, in a professional and patient manner, Marc was not overbearing or pushy considering he is a Sales Man, the process was smooth and he took his time to explain everything, and even repeated it to me several times, we got our van in March and was really happy, obviously we got a new van, but the process was just perfect!
