Fast and it worked
Fast and it worked! I was worried that I would pay the money away for nothing, but two days later I got my code and unlocked the phone.
They did not have instructions for my model of phone, but following the instructions for other phones on their website I was able to put the code in.

Unable to SIM-unlock my phone, no refund given.
I warned unlockmysim.com that a competitor had been unable to help, and they still went ahead and attempted the unlock. This failed, and they shrugged it off.

We believe your review is unfair. You did not email us prior to ordering as you stated. You ordered a fully automated and instant service. The code will be delivered almost instantly despite any notes you include with your payment. The description of the OPPO service clearly warns: Please refer to the order page as it is explained in bold that Oppo does not provide refunds.

Despite this you decided to order anyways already knowing you tried on another website prior and then now blame us.

no one will help you!!!!
My phone is not unlocked and no one will help me. So basically you guys just stole money from me. I explained that it is still locked and I’m not sure why no one will help me I am going to report this company to the BBB and the FTC
It’s great that you post my imei for the world to see. And just so you know that phone still says it’s locked. But thanks for getting back you me 4 years later.

There may be some confusion as to what type of unlock you are referring to. You ordered a network unlock service and we network unlocked your verizon iphone with IMEI 356468109383850 successfully on Sep 12, 2022 . So the phone can be used with other sim cards. If you have question about that it is best to contact our customer support as trustpilot is not the place to get support. I hope that helps!
