service was ok and fast, but just didnt work... couldn't get money back as they put fault on me. lost 40$ to those clowns.

After a reply from them, I need to keep the clown as a perfect description for them. Sure I made a mistake, not sure how, but seem like I did, (use your PC not a phone to fill there form) I take that fault and didn't hide it. Fact is the automatic system send you a confirmation email with option to change it if you did make a mistake! So, after 5 minutes max, I did change it which should have save it in the "automatic"system. Now if I didn't do that, again I would have take the fault and said nothing. The " Automatic" system as they use it in there answer is just not working properly. So I send back the fault to the clown who try the defend themselves. In the reply. On this, as I actually did forget about you I say good bye and leave a long and happy life...

I was very disappointed by the length of time it took to get my unlock code, I paid $40 CAD and was told I would get my code within 26 hours, all the reviews saying it came quickly within the day encouraged me to make the purchase. It took 40 hours for my code to arrive to me. I would have just gone and paid my carrier to unlock my phone had I thought it would take that long.

I was happy that the code did work however, so at least they got that right, but 50% of the promise kept is still failing the customer!

I have since been in contact with Andrei regarding my situation and was satisfactorily compensated for the delay. Despite my issues above I would now recommend UnlockUnit for the excellent customer service they have provided. Andrei was nothing but polite and showed good faith to build trust with me, and I have the utmost confidence that others are treated just as well. My thanks goes out to Andrei for the quick professional responses, and for changing my experience with UnlockUnit entirely.

It was a nice experience! They sent me the code the same day, was so faster and easy to unlock the phone. Everything worked as expected.

No issues unlocking my phone everything worked as expected was fast and easy to receive the code, received it the same day.

I'm still learning about unlocking and even rooting phones and hope for the best. These guys promised my codes within 3 days, delivered in less than 24 hours.I haven't unlocked my phone yet though because the question I had for these guys was whether I needed a sim card from another carrier. They explained that was the best way to confirm a successful unlock. I'm still doing research on which carrier my particular phone is most compatible with, also thinking about getting another phone.. hey, I might be back 🙂

I locked the phone out with a wrong network Unlatch(NCK) PIN which meant I needed an MCK defreeze code. After two weeks of going round in circles with UK O2 who didn't know what I was talking about - I put an order in with UnlockUnit. One hour later I had the MCK defreeze and NCK codes and was able to remove my phone from the O2 network.

I originally used a competitor company and the company couldn't unlock my tablet. The unlock code came sooner than I thought it would. I didn't want to get stuck using cellular service with another carrier. I was able to use my unlocked tablet with my existing carrier.

Having push around by ATT and Samsung for months, I got my unlock code in 3 days. It is 2 16 digits code, not a single 8 digit code ATT gave me. Happiest $30 spent recently.

1) Keeping me updated on the order status was great, I had daily messages on what's currently going on with my order.
2) Delivery time was as promised
3) What could be improved: I've received 2 unlock codes, 8 digits each, concatenated together producing one 16-digits code. It took me a while to figure out why the code doesn't fit into input field on the device. After trying to insert only first 8 digits it worked smoothly and the phone was unlocked successfully.

The communication is poor !
I cancelled the order before getting the code, but there was no answer ! and no answer was coming later too ! I'm waiting till now...but nothing....
I'm curious how you can send me a code when my unit is factory unlocked ?!
