All the unomindakart customer’s same story, so does mine.
I ordered from this site seeing that this is a big name in the industry. The order was prepaid by me and within one day they cancelled order by themself. I reached at their toll free number and what !! they dont handle online order but the number is provided on online ordering site. the executive seems to be an AI by nature. he is same person every time saying same things but understand nothing. he provides other number everytime “Ms Nidhi”. she is never reachable not responding. it has been more than 12 days they are just gathering money No response No refund. highly frustrating. A scam in the name of historical company. I have tried every email of uno minda to tell them this big problem of their but no one ever responds. A Fraud.

created an order and the item was returned to the ware house by amazon shipping contacted the toll free number and call the number multiple times but not picking the call no delivery no refund, not picking calls?

This is hands down the worst service i have ever seen from any company. When you call customer care regarding your order not being shipped they will connect you to their online orders department which is handled by this lady called Ms Vidhi. She is the most incompetent customer care employee i have ever come across. Zero communication skills and after telling you she is checking on your order there wont be any reply afterwards. You have to call them every single day and still they wint give you an answer nor will this ms. Vidhi pick up your call. You will keep on calling but no one will pick up the call. And then finally after one week of these shenanigans they will tell you your order is cancelled due to some technical issue and that's it. No mention of refund information or anything. Just "order was cancelled sorry for inconvenience". And then again you have to repeat this calling hassle for the next week and this incompetent Ms Vidhi will not pick up. What a useless employee and what a truly atrocious online ordering system. Please do not ever purchase anything from unomindakart.com, they will never ship anything and take your money without any communication. You can even check other reviews of unominda here or on amazon under the seller name unominda. It's the same issue of not shipping products after taking money and then zero communication from their side regarding refund

I was concerned about the delivery date so I called them on the provided number, they promised that the parts would be delivered in 5-8 days.
After confirmation only I made the order, and waited for shippment.
It was picked by Xpressbees on 27th may and they lost the package and it was not tracked, questioned or escalated for more than 10 days. I tried to call Ms. Vidhi who is the Shakitman of UnoMinda India online orders. As she is the only POC that takes care of online order no one else in the world does that.
And now on 16 Jun the order was delivered back to Warehouse. I am trying to call several times a day to get the refund but there is no response and the official number mentioned on the website doesn't deal in online orders so they just keep saying its already escalated. WTF is escalation? to get the resolution AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. But for them its AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE.
Its 18th June now, almost a month and I haven't got the order nor the refund.
