Super convenient and super easy to use. All you have to do is just pick a contact in your WhatsApp fill out the bank details and you can start carrying out your transactions which I found was really easy and really convenient.

I had the worst experience ever with UnPlex, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their service. They do not provide any timeline for when the money will actually reach the recipient, leaving you completely in the dark.

Their tech support is an absolute joke. There is no phone number to call, and even their so-called “chat support” is non-existent. I waited for over 24 hours just to get a response, which was completely unhelpful.

To make matters worse, my money never even reached India, but their system falsely showed the transaction as “successful.” I had to contact them multiple times just to get my refund, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress.

This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and a complete nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and use a reputable remittance service instead!

It’s been a good experience for me using Unplex. During the first transfer i experienced a delay of for both sides verification, but with good exchange rates it is worth the wait for me.
