A unique brand, in my opinion affordable products throughout. Speedy delivery every time. Approachable team who will deal with any problems you may be unfortunate to have with Unseen.
I use this coffee as a pre work out for my training. Ultimate focus throughout my sessions and also great tasting and strong. My personal favourite is depth charge. Strongly recommended. Keep up the great works fellas.

Recommended by nurses! HOWEVER....
Coffee is fantastic! However, a packet was missing (ordered 5 bags and received 4) so I contacted Unseen Caffeine who promptly responded and sent out a replacement. Sadly, their response was curt and it sounded like they did not believe me that a packet was missing. This was an order for an office and it's made us feel slightly sad that we were made out to be liars :-(

Looking back it is possible to see that perhaps our response seems short and to the point. For this we can only apologise further. We send and receive many emails on a daily basis and do endeavour to be as polite and courteous as possible. With any feedback of disparity from our customers regarding what they have received versus what they ordered we would always verify dispatch weight on our online system as mistakes do happen. This helps us understand whether we have slipped up prior to dispatch or if something has gone missing during transit. If the dispatch weight is correct it means the latter has occurred and we raise a claim with Royal Mail. The Royal Mail claim process is lengthy (taking in excess of 2 weeks) and often inconclusive (this is because generally a package travels through several different sorting offices making it impossible to find where a package may have gone missing). We do not like our customers to go without, so if this does happen we tend to ship out a replacement the same day we receive a report from a customer (as with your order). As an extra gesture of goodwill we have dispatched an extra 1kg of coffee to your shipping address. We hope this finds you well.
