I ordered and paid for a laptop on Wednesday morning (10am) and paid extra for the one day dispatch that was offered as I needed it for the following week. Friday morning came and went and the tracking showed it was not dispatched. I rang and emailed and was told it was a public holiday so it wouldn't be dispatched until the following Monday. Cancelled the order and waited for refund.

Got exactly what was ordered, a day earlier than expected. Product exceeded expectations - topnotch quality, very competitive price. Have used Reebelo and Reboot IT previously, this company was waaay better. Will definitely be first choice for my next purchase.

The website was easy to navigate, the pricing was excellent, and the checkout process was straightforward. However, after placing my order on 23/9, the items did not arrive until 1/10. To add to the frustration, while assembling one of the two monitors, I discovered that one of the four essential threaded mounting holes was missing. Without it, I was unable to secure the external screw to the monitor frame. I did get a quick response, thankfully, and they are sending out the screw needed .

UN Tech has a great range of PCs and monitors. The prices are reasonable. The quality of the items I have purchased has been very good. The shipping times have been great. The items are always well packed. The one issue I had was resolved quickly with no fuss.

Delivery was quick. The product well packed and the price, excellent.

The PC is working well, and they pre-installed my USB wifi adaptor, which was good.

I found just what I was after from UN Tech at a great price considering it said it was in excellent condition I felt I got a bargain delivery was quick and the best bit was undoing the well packed chrome book and finding to be excellent as it was advertised, I know where to come in future and also recommend UN Tech to my friends

I originally sent UN Tech an e-mailed question, which was answered promptly. I then decided to buy an 11.6" refurbished laptop Yoga as a gift for a young person to learn MS Office on and what I received was a great clean device securley packaged. I am now going to buy one for myself for travelling overseas instead of taking my 15" bulky laptop. I am very happy with this purchase and delivery.

I ordered 3x Dell mini pc's - the price was great, they are visually in decent condition and arrived quite quickly.

I would have rated more highly, however one of the machines has a broken & unusable m.2 slot, which was not communicated.
