I would NOT recommend UpCall Referrals. So far, I've been signed up for UpCall Referrals for two months. I purchased the Echo plan (3-4 referrlas/mo). Most of the leads they provide do not respond to calls or texts. The last referral they gave me was a hard money lender, and when I rejected this lead, guess what?! It was the NEXT lead they gave me!! This was the only lead that responded to a text or call. These jokers aren't worth the $200 sign-up fee- keep your money. The leads are evidently not pre-qualified like they claim they are. If you're a Realtor, you're better off sitting in an Open House and pre-qualifying your own leads.

BEWARE! “Steve” from Upcall Referrals sends out SPAM solicitation texts despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact List. Reporting to the FTC for harassment!
