Terrible customer service and very misleading emails containing incorrect information. They'll phone you at 7.30pm at night to tell you different information again, and then tell you that there isn't a manager available to speak to at that time.

Human factor is taken into account and individual’s situation and I appreciate being able to express and talk to someone who listens.

Customer service were helpful and responsive in purchasing including seeking/providing extra clarification re terms. Great price and more flexible terms of cover than the big providers. Great to have upcover disrupting the industry! Hopefully I never need to use the insurance, but if I do, hopefully they're as great to work with as they have been so far!!

Started my policy with upcover a month ago and so far they have been fantastic. Had to change my bank details with them over the phone. it was so quick and easy (took 4 minutes and didnt get directed to a robot like a lot of places) and the woman that assisted me was so friendly and helpful. very happy with the service!
