Reliable, professional & prompt service
Very helpful staff, excellent communication throughout. I was nervous about sending my tapes to a smaller company but they happily sent me screenshots as proof of service before I parted with my money. Tapes were returned promptly after processing. Order was processed within a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend & will use this company again.

Memories Released
Such a great experience, very personal and efficient. The resultant memories released from old video tapes has been a real joy. The process was simple and we had our original tapes and memory stick returned in days. A good price too.

I had 2 VHS films transferred to 1 USB. I have watched 1 film already and happy with the quality. Communication and delivery both added to a good customer service experience. I would use again and recommend.

Very good service and communication
Very good service and communication. Various options were offered prior to agreeing conversion. Have received finished products and are very happy with items received. Would certainly use again if we find any more old VHS tapes.
