quite happy with the software. Feature rich, the AI is helpful, PDF translation is fantastic. I would only hope there are more translation languages added soon.

It's buggy
It's buggy, can be tricky to use and constantly logs me out so even though I am on a paid version a watermark is added to my files that I cannot remove.

I have been using UPDF for a few months now, and it is a perfect replacement for ADOBE. It has all the features I need at a significantly lower price.

No proper customer service and bugs
I wrote a document in Word, then converted it to work in pdf.
1st bug. Their logo appeared on my document. Their Ai can't help me to remove itpaid version. Ai is useless. So, YOU HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO USE IT EVEN IF YOU PAID.
2nd bug. An entire page of my document disappeared. You can see it on the left side, but not in the thread.
3rd No support, no chat, no customer service. A Fb page, admin approved the post, but don't help.
4. Sent 2 emails. If I don't have any follow up on my tickets, I'll ask for a refund.

If you have subscribed to UPDF Pro, you can enter the editing mode to make any changes, and after saving the file, the watermark will be automatically removed.
At the same time, our AI is primarily used for summarizing/translating PDFs, converting PDFs into mind maps, chatting with images, and having discussions on any topic with AI. Currently, the AI does not support directly modifying the PDF document itself, but you can expect updates in future versions.
Additionally, we assure you that UPDF is a secure software that can be used offline. The reason UPDF's AI features require an internet connection is because it relies on cloud-based computational resources to handle complex tasks, providing you with fast and accurate results.
Regarding your inquiry, we’ve experienced a surge in support requests recently, so there may be some delays in responses, but we remain committed to resolving users' issues as quickly as possible. We understand that our customer service team has already responded to your email with a solution. Please check your inbox or spam folder, as email systems may mistakenly intercept our messages.

Ich hab am 26.01.2025 eine E-Mail geschickt, wie auf der Seite beschrieben, bis dato immer noch keine Antwort erhalten, die wollen wohl die 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie überziehen, aber nicht mit mir!!!! Ich habe Beweis-Bilder, die ich meinem Anwalt schicken werde, wenn ich dementsprechend bis zur gesetzten Frist mein Geld nicht wieder erhalte!!!!!!!!

I like the plans UPDF offer
I like the plans UPDF offer. Especially a perpetual plan. I think the features work ass good as the competitors but to my feeling a bit faster.
The only downside is that the free version has a pop-up screen to upgrade on every start up of the app.

Excellent Customer Service - Timely Response
I purchased UPDF on 12/16/2024 for $69.00. I used it for about 10 days. I discovered that as I was trying it, it was not suitable for my applications. Works great as a PDF Writer, a document editor, or splitter. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful when I explained what I was trying to accomplish and agreed to refund my purchase price.

Now a UPDF power user
When I first started using UPDF, I was unimpressed by it. It has now come a long way, and I'm proud to say I really enjoy using it now. At the start, it seemed clunky and everything but instinctive in terms of use. Also, their customer service is grade-A on the rare occasions that I've needed it. I'm glad I stuck with it, and the constant updates have been welcome. A+.

I purchase their product and it worked…
I purchase their product and it worked great for a while. Now it just wants me to upgrade when I do not need to. It will not even save a PDF that i have created.
Customer service is none existence. Find something else

ugly and annoying watermark
I understand that exist paid functions , but the watermark that covers part of EVERY page is simply an anti-consumer practice, how am I supposed to read when an ugly, shiny watermark covers the beginning of EVERY ONE of the pages?

Mehr als zufrieden
Nach vielem Hin und Her — und viel Ausprobieren — mit anderen Programmen bin ich mit UPDFpro endlich im "Hafen" der bestmöglichen Lösung gelandet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden … und selbst noch Möglichkeiten die man (noch) nicht benötigt. Schöne Zukunftsaussichten also ;—) Sehr sehr übersichtlich und eine sehr komfortable benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche. — Und nicht zuletzt ein ausgesprochen und im Netz selten anzutreffender atmoshärisch angenehmer Ton und ein freundlicher schneller Service/ support bei Unklarkeiten. Merci bien!
