Well, I'm just learning how to build our marketing agency. I couldn't be anymore of a newbie. I haven't even signed up yet for the free trial and Support is knocking it out of the Park! What a pleasure! So many companies in the world today can't even pick up the ball never mind dropping it when it comes to Customer Support. If this is how Uphex treats their clients then I won't be going anywhere else for sure. Everybody I've dealt with so far from Uphex has been outstanding! If you're looking for what Uphex offers, then stop, sign up. It won't get any better than Uphex no doubt. You'll be treated the way you should be treated as a business person.

Love having a library of my created ads that I can choose from. The ad reporting and metrics all easy to find, the layout is user friendly, and the live classes + Lead Gen U are incredible for learning. Highly recommend using UpHex if you're running ads or want to learn about social media marketing.

Cancel button giving an api error so i literally have to find an email for support and wait and think about this more than id like to, but they refunded me within a couple days.

A few issues with trying to cancel the service (i no longer run ads as a service, my business has changed gears from that side of digital marketing) i had no issues using the software to run ads and the ads library it offers is good but also somewhat limited, since the andromeda update on meta i dont think the ads perform ad good as normal and also meta prefers video advertisements anyways.

The best tool for managing ads both on Meta and Google. Also, #teamuphex is great.

Nothing like this anywhere, and not just the fact that we can run FB ads in 3 clicks with proven ad templates available, having access to weekly calls with the team sets it apart from everything else. Takes the guesswork out of the mix. I won't ever run Facebook ads anymore without Uphex, it's a non negotiable. I recommend this to any agency looking to run paid ads, and of course I use it for my clients too in my own agency.
