I was really pleased with the fast delivery and parcel tracking.

Ordered some serpentine springs for a chair repair but forgot to order clips etc at the same time. Rang the company, the man I spoke to could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable!
He identified the bits I needed and posted them out that day gratis.
Could not be more impressed with the customer service of this company, hence five stars.

Efficient service. Good advice on telephone about what materials would be best for the job. Materials lived up to my expectations.

Service was excellent, royal mail delivery was well on time ( thank you postie).. word of warning, product has a very pungent smell. Maybe a little air freshener could be added!!! Boy did it whiff.

I telephoned my order as I am new to the industry and was hoping for advise. They were very helpful and seemed happy for me to "um" and "er" my way through the conversation. All the items arrived promptly and no returns were needed.
