Helpful and responsive customer service
Overall uplisting's package does the basics as a channel manager well and is good value compared to some other options.
It is a work in progress and it would be great to see some features added (e.g. I think the calendar could be clearer in some circumstances) - but there is a Swift response from customer service to issues raised - and an ongoing improvement plan that can be tracked and commented on.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Cleo for helping me today with my uplisting issues. I had been trying to get this resolved for days, going back and forth with no luck,until Cleo stepped in. She explained everything so clearly and was incredibly helpful. Her message not only made things easy to understand but also solved the entire problem in one go.
