However, it would be helpful to see my portfolio summary on the platform versus my average buy prices rather than compared to prices one month ago.

I definately needed hand holding. Samuel is personable, professional and has a good pulse on the crypto currency markets. He has helped to take the fear out of this wild venture and has explained the ups and downs of some of the unknowns. Being in different timezones, Samuel has been responsive in getting me acclimated making me feel comfortable. This is a journey for me and I'm looking forward to a long and positive relationship with Sammuel at Upgrade.
