I was watching Saturday Kitchen with James Martin and Andy Perry from Urban Herbs, was on talking about his herbs. I was intrigued and after looking at the website I bought the Wierd and Wonderful collection of herbs as it contained herbs I’d not heard about or could purchase here in Scotland. I was very impressed with the standard of packaging protecting the plants on their long journey to Northern Scotland. They arrived in excellent condition with no damage to stems or roots. The herbs are of a good size for growing on and I look forward to using them soon. I also purchased the Herb Gardening Handbook and was very pleased to get ideas of how to use different herbs in various projects. I will definitely be ordering some of the other collections of herbs in the future. Definitely my best experience of plants bought on line. Full marks to Andy, Kate and the rest of the team at Urban Herbs.

All the plants are in great condition and well packaged and thank you for the extra plant, much appreciated. Delivery only took a few days and DPD where good, even giving me an hour delivery slot, so no waiting in all morning/afternoon, which is a real bonus these days compared to other delivery companies.

The herbs are fresh and in very good condition. The packaging is sturdy so no damage in transit, I've ordered twice so far and will definitely do so again. Such friendly and efficient service. It's a joy to do business with Urban Herbs.

Fantastic quality plants delivered perfectly packed so arrive without damage , still properly seated in the pots. I have now made several orders (10-12 plants a time) and have yet to have one fail to thrive. It is clear that the Urban Herbs team really care about their plants AND their customers. I’ll undoubtedly be back again as I grow my herb garden.

The plants are always excellent quality - l've never had a failure yet.

I ordered camomile plants from this company and they arrived on 2nd July,perfectly packaged so they couldn't move in transit and be damaged. The plants were really healthy and I also got an extra plant which was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch.
I have contacted the owners with queries which were promptly answered,prior to buying.
I will definitely be buying more herbs and highly recommend this company

I’m on my third order of herbs from Urban herbs so so pleased with they service. Beautiful fresh plants wonderfully packed with such great care. Thank you for the gift of some seeds it’s a really lovely gesture. The bees are loving my new herb garden and the dwarf lavenders between my stepping stone path. Thank you URBAN HERBS .

i started using this company a while ago and recently purchased a Bee selection of herbs for a friend who has a Bee Hive right next to her herb garden. The plants arrived in perfect condition and I have placed an order for 2 selections and am looking forward to them arriving. Cannot fault this company and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Ordered 3 trailing rosemary and a french tarragon. Received also a lovely little lemon mint. All plants healthy, strong, well packaged and moist. Arrived within a few days of ordering. Very impressed, will buy from them again

Everything arrived really healthy, well packaged and a plant that I had not ordered but had looked at was thrown in as a freebie. The plants have potted on well and my garden is smelling amazing.

on the plus side the plants arrived in good condition, well packaged, all had a good root ball , there was a free one, Thai mint that I really didn't have room for but was a nice gesture. The price was fair but the most disappointing thing was that the Vietnamese coriander didnt taste of coriander to me, it just tasted a little peppery, it may improve we will see but the plants I received were a decent size so dont know how much it will change as it grows. It was the main reason I bought the herbs as ordinary coriander is so fickle and difficult to grow . I don't know if I would buy here again as i feel that the various flavours were maybe a little over hyped in the videos I watched.

We are a team of volunteers tending a wildlife garden in a country park. We ordered these for a little kitchen garden demo, not having used Urban Herbs before. We are fortunate to have a very well qualified expert on best gardening practice in our team. I can report that she was absolutely delighted with the condition of the plants both above and below soil level. All really healthy and vibrant. All plants were well labelled, most with care instructions. The packaging and delivery were excellent. We'd definitely use this company again.

From ordering to delivery, everything was perfect. I've had bad experiences from other suppliers. UH made me really feel like my order was important. Unrushed but on time and perfectly presented

I really wanted to leave a fab review as I’m all for family run enterprises. However, although the plants were very healthy they were very small and with little root mass. ( less than half the depth of the pot) I think they are very young specimens. They would be better to grow them on a bit more before selling. Packaged well but they had all fallen out of their pots during transit. Not good value for money in my opinion. I got a free plant - a nice touch but it was of no use to me.

The website is so easy and clean to navigate around. Vast selection of amazing herbs to choose from... I never knew there were so many different scents to choose from. Totally recommend the Lemonade Thyme!

I ordered 12 plants and they all arrived well packaged in a timely fashion.
Each plant was in really good condition and smelled wonderful, they also included a gift of lettuce seeds and 10% off my next order which I will make use of soon.

Firstly, super happy they’d deliver to the Orkney Isles ( many companies won’t) Despite a longer delivery time and the plants having a fair rumble about (many were out of their pots) once
potted up as they had well established root balls they all revived well and look like they will survive, 12hrs after their delivery they are looking great.
