Had a really lovely experience with urban spaces - from Will showing us the property - right through to completion. Nikki was so super helpful and we couldn’t be more thankful for her help and keeping us sane the last 5 months! Would absolutely use again to buy (or sell). Thank you so much 🖤

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Alexandra Edmondston and Nikki Johnston from Urban Spaces! They seriously made my move so smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful at every turn. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were always quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me out.

I remember I was trying to figure out some stuff with the move out and other things and they made the process so easy. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better support. Alexandra and Nikki are just amazing, and I can't recommend them enough! If you're looking for a flawless experience with a fantastic agency, look no further than them. They're the best!

Just bought our dream home which was on sale via Urban Spaces. We're grateful to Will and Nikki for making it all happen. They were easy going yet always prompt and transparent with communications by email and phone, swift with arranging viewings and responding to queries and driving the process along. They were professional and pleasant, the completion day was smooth, full sets of keys and the flat was spotless. Amazing home, building and neighbours too! We're delighted all round and would be happy to use Urban Spaces again in future.

Cannot emphasise enough how terrible the service has been.

When moving in only 1 set was provided instead of agreed 2.

Raised this with urban spaces and the need for a 2nd key because my partner would be overseas while I needed to undertake care for my mother with dementia and would be returning while she was away.

Ultimately was advised by an agent (Zenna) that a key would be available to collect in the middle of the week while we were still both there. It was not. When we followed up the agent (Zenna) did not respond.

Raised this again and was advised again this time by Bianca) that a key would be available to collect. Should it not be she provided a number that she said would be able to help.

Obviously they key was not available. And when calling the number I was provided with they advised they after a number of calls said they could not help because they were an out of hours number and it was a main office issue.

I have been left without access to my own flat because of their inability to provide something they should have in the first instance. They have failed at every opportunity to provide a fix. Agents take no ownership of a problem. No solutions, or temporary support has been offered. Ultimately I have been left homeless over the weekend until the main office opens on Monday.

Always very helpful and kind service

Since using Urban Spaces they have secured a tenants for me in good time. Their communications have always been timely and helpful. I would definitely recommend them in particular Alex, Bianca and Nichola

I have been with urban spaces since 2018. They found me great tenants for my apartment, and then helped me through the sale in what was a difficult time for London flats. They have been very responsive to emails and provided information when I needed it for tax etc.

We have used UrbanSpaces for several years for and have found them very good. Problems are sorted easily and at good value, and we've had no void periods.
For us they provide a service that allows us to be "hands-off".

Urban Spaces, and Megan in particular, have been extremely responsive on several occasions where I needed some assistance when moving into my new flat. I appreciate the quick replies (other agencies take ages to reply..), the friendliness, and the service they offer.

I have had a super pleasant experience with Urban Spaces, particularly with Georgia who was extremely friendly and efficient in finding my friend and I a new home. We were having a hard time and our move-out date was closing in but these guys made me feel assured and helped me reach the perfect compromise with my landlord-to-be, including a rental rate the was more affordable for us and new furniture for the flat. During my search I had some pretty terrible encounters with other agencies but this was a breeze. All-in-all, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Urban Spaces regularly provide all of our clients with a monthly summary for all the rental income and expenditure for their property porfolios. They also provide them and their tenants with a high level of professional and practical support so they immediately know who to call if they have any queries regarding their tenancy or need to discuss any issues relating to their home.
