I saw the Welcome interchangeable signs and made the mistake of not checking reviews first. IMO, the best these things could be used for is to light a fire. Where they look 3-D in the ad, they are all just blurry pictures and almost illegible writing printed on contact paper and stuck to balsa wood. They almost look like watercolor paintings that had water sprayed on them. They are so thin that every time I touch one, I feel like it's going to break into pieces in my hand.

​Mangelhafter Kundenservice und organisatorisches Chaos. Nach der Bestellung eines Pilates Reformers (1.399,99 €) kam es zu massiven Verzögerungen bei der Zustellung. Anstatt sich als Vertragspartner um das Problem mit der Spedition zu kümmern, versuchte der Verkäufer, die Verantwortung komplett abzuwälzen, und verlangte von mir, der Spedition selbst hinterherzutelefonieren.
​Auf Nachrichten wird nicht lösungsorientiert reagiert, und Vereinbarungen werden nicht eingehalten. Für Gewerbetreibende, die auf verlässliche Anlieferungen angewiesen sind, ist dieser Händler absolut ungeeignet. Bisher weder die Ware noch ein verbindlicher Liefertermin. Ich muss einen Stern vergeben, weil es anders nicht geht, sonst würde ich keinen Stern vergeben Keine Empfehlung!

It’s the worst customer service experience ever! Don’t buy from this site! It’s a scam and poor quality products that can’t be built due bc the lines don’t match the holes! So it’s really bad quality products from this site.

Ordered the flowers for outside that they advertise….. it took a month to get them and the quality was poor and only half the size advertised…..expensive cheap plastic…. Don’t buy!!

I received my quilted hamper. IT WAS NOT QUIKTED JUST MATERIAL. TRYING TO GET HELP IS IMPOSSIBLE. Got help center wanted 65 dollars to help me! So disappointed. Advertising items so beautiful. Wanted to I order Xmas present. SO DISAPPOINTING. DONT ORDER!!!!

Bought item through Macys online. Never recieved item or refund

I purchased an found on line at Macy's a nightstand on sale for 39.9o,42.29 with tax. I started tracking it 3 days later and was given several different updates. Item sent from NJ,then it says Arizona,then MD,then DC,then back thru different state and date.now saying delivered on the 9th a lie,and I don't know if it's you are Macy's,but you are sender

Very very bad company & items

Never buy from this company. They sent me the wrong item through Macy's and I am still trying to return it. They have no way to contact them and it is extremely frustrating to deal with them. It has been 2 weeks and nothing.

Every time I go to order, it says “this site is not accepting transactions at this time” even though they SHOW how many people are buying it IN REAL TIME and it keeps going up. This is the only place that has what I’m trying to get in stock.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent order for a fridge from Macy's, shipped by Sugift. On July 1st, at approximately 5:00 PM, I placed an order for a "3.2 Cu. Ft Compact Mini Fridge with 5 Temperature Settings," listed as available and shipped by Sugift. This purchase was intended for my daughter who will be starting university in August, and I was pleased with the price as it seemed like a great bargain compared to similar items priced at $207.89 on Macy's website.

Shortly after placing the order, at 5:28 PM, I received an email confirming my purchase, and I assumed everything was in order. However, to my dismay, at around 10:30 PM the same evening, I received another email from Macy's informing me that my order had been canceled because the item was out of stock and therefore Sugift was unable to fulfill the order. This sudden cancellation was not only unexpected but also incredibly frustrating.

Moreover, at the time of making the initial purchase, I had also considered purchasing the "3.2 cu. ft. Mini Dorm Compact Refrigerator" also shipped by Sugift. However, it now appears that neither refrigerator is available, leaving me without any viable options for my daughter's needs.

Adding to my disappointment, I discovered that the same item, the "SUGIFT 3.2 cu ft Compact Stainless Steel Refrigerator Black," is currently available on Sugift's website, priced at $610.38. It is evident that the item is available, but it seems that Sugift does not wish to honor the discounted price offered to Macy's customers.

I am deeply disappointed by Sugift’s handling of my order. As a first-time customer, this experience has greatly diminished my confidence in Sugift's services. I sincerely hope that Sugift can rectify this situation and restore my faith in their services.

I look forward to Sugift’s prompt response and a resolution to this issue.
