Delivery was on time and product is made really well. This is the second garage that we have used your product on and the first one has worked great so I’m sure this one will also. In a few months I expect we will be ordering again for a third garage. You have a really good product.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered threshold seals from GaraDry. Fast shipping, all I needed was in the packaging and the instructions are thorough. The seals work very well, no more water gets into my buildings.

The product was of high quality and pricing excellent. The hardest part of the install was the cleaning of the 40 year old garage floor. The actual install took less than 30 minures.

Just maded sure contract was clean and dry! Sanded area for extremely good and sealed with peel bond from sherwin williams paint. BEST INVESTMENT EVER MADE!!!!

The product works 100%
The product works, we had water from rain seeping under the 2 garage doors. After installing GaraDry it totally solved the issue. I would definitely buy this product again.

5 stars for the product
5 stars for the product, only problem was the instructions. Need to show that you need to lay the sealant perimeter bead at least 1/4” inside your line. i know it seems obvious, but sometimes you learn the hard way. Clean up is tough.

As a follow up to a review based on poor customer service, now after our first rain, the product doesn’t even work. Once we laid everything out, we actually did have enough to thoroughly cover and to end. Water leaked underneath. I have pictures of it showing wetness when we pulled it up where it did not block the water from coming under the gara dryWe had severe water leakage after installing exactly as instructed. I have pictures that show failure of garadry after a rain. This review platform would not allow me to download the actual pictures of failure but if you reach out through email I will provide the pictures. Very disappointed in this product. This product did not work for us.

The customer contacted us and confirmed that the length ordered was 6 inches too short for her garage door. This means there is now a 6-inch gap beneath the door, allowing water to enter. Based on the information provided, this does not appear to be a product fault, but rather an issue with the size selected at the time of ordering. We always recommend that customers measure their door before ordering to avoid this mistake.

I ordered 1 1/2" product
I ordered 1 1/2" product. It arrived. I laid it out. A friend came to glue it down, cut the cubes and glued them in. The amount of time needed, instruction were most helpful an detailed, and I need a horrific storm to totally prove your product is the answer to my problem of water.
At this time, I am a supporter of your outstanding guard.
