Same product same quality I bought in Italy
When in Italy two weeks ago we did the tour at Giusti. I didn't want to bring an entire suitcase of balsamic home, so I ordered some. My order arrived very fast and was just as delicious as when in Italy. After that I had to make a quick order on Amazon for an extra souvenir gift. I must say that I preferred ordering directly from Giusti for sure. The main reason is that coming directly from Giusti they did a MUCH better job of packing everything. I will definitely order again!! (Love the 3 medal and the 4 medal!) God bless and thank you!

I received the wrong product - they didn't correct it
I received the wrong product and wrote to the company to get it fixed and they never responded.
Updated review: Giusti did contact me and made everything right quite quickly. I very much appreciate that. I couldn't give perfect stars because my request wasn't responded to when I wrote directly. Assuming there is a communication glitch.
