When i reached out to this pulisher i was so nervous. They were quick to put my mind at ease and we were able to start this process on step at a time. Daniel, is easy to talk with and work with. As each step came forward, it was easy to follow the lead as they made sure to let me know i was in charge, and i had to clear any changes or request. I am excited to see what is next in my writing journey while working with this publisher.
They listened, it was the first book I published and they made it easy. They explained the process and they did exactly what they said they would do.
They explained everything clearly and helped polish my draft patiently.
USA publishing were very patient and understanding throughout my process with them! They have been so helpful and supportive as a went through this publishing. Elena has been extremely helpful showing me how to navigate this journey step by step in a way that is easy to understand!
At first it seemed quite challenging getting my wishes across , but Elena helped so much in working through so many stages in the process . Kind , polite and passionate to see my dreams fulfilled and my first book published , she invested many hours to move forward to completion. Her steadfastness , determination, and dedication is a great asset to this publishing company ! If all employees are like her USA Books can only continue being outstanding and unique . Thanks to all!
I wasn't sure about a few design choices, but they explained their reasoning clearly. It helped me trust the process.
Small delays here and there, but they kept communicating, which made all the difference.
For the most part it was a good experience. It was my first time working with a publisher. Had a little trouble expressing what I wanted.
