Ordered a BMW cushion and received a $2 piece of crap fake car cushion with NO LOGO. They lied to AMEX about what they sent me. Trying to get my money back. BEWARE of these people--total scam. DO NOT buy from these people! Don't make the same mistake I made.

Terrible company. See all the other reviews. They are thieves. They don’t respond to negative reviews. All correspondence from them has a different address in the US and Canada. But a reply email came in Chinese.

It took a month to get the mats and when they arrived, they didn’t fit. They also didn’t match the picture I ordered off of. When I asked to return them, they refused. I would never buy from them again

This company displays color choices that are not accurate to the color they deliver. In addition, they refuse to issue refunds for their false advertising. DO NOT order from this company under any circumstances.

I ordered a set of cargo mats for my 2015 ML350. The mats arrived several weeks later. The color and workmanship were acceptable. The mats did not even come close to fitting my vehicle. I notified the company and sent photos per their request. They agreed to remake the set. Another month later I received the second set. It was identical to the first set. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. I also offered to return both sets. They responded by telling me not to return the product, and they offered to refund 80%. I told them I wanted them to honor their warranty policy and give me a 100% refund. It is now two months later and I have received nothing. This appears to be a very incompetent and unscrupulous company.

I ordered cargo mats for my specific vehicle & ask for instructions, since non came with them. This was his reply:

Hello, Installing the product is very simple—it’s similar to putting together a simple puzzle. Just place the mat over the corresponding area and press it down firmly. The back of our mats features micro-hooks that adhere to the plush fabric inside your car. If the sides of your trunk are made of smooth, hard plastic, you can use the included double-sided Velcro tape to assist with installation. Please give it a try. I’ll also reach out to our engineers to request your design blueprint and send it to you shortly for your reference.. Which i never received.
Then I told him they forgot to make cut outs for my D-hooks. This was his response:

Hello, I understand your concern. We sincerely apologize—our designers did not anticipate this issue, as this area is rarely used. However, if you find yourself using this area frequently, you can simply use a craft knife to cut a small slit there. This mat is designed to be customizable, and we are happy to offer you a $10 refund as compensation. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

This is how he deal with people that order mats for their specific vehicle. This is very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE CUSTOM MATS FROM THEM.
I REQUEST A REFUND AND REPLY WITH THIS:

Really! This is how you run your business. Your designer designers did not anticipate this issue, as this area is rarely used. But is not to not anticipate, just design it the way it fits the vehicle, this is why we order this custom mats from your company. Not for us to alter or do cut to fit our vehicle. Please send me a prepaid return lable, since it was not made to properly fit my vehicle. WANT A REFUND. If I knew I would had to make my own cut, I would had bought my material and cut were it was needed. Your replies also are smart mouth. Thank you for not making my customer make vehicle covers.

Purchased mats for my mercedes glc was given wrong tracking number item delivered from china to laredo Texas i live in the uk contacted car mats they gave me correct tracking number which was delivered 7 days earlier to my wheelie bin whilst i was on holiday bin was emptied opened a case they then sent another tracking number from a different carrier showing deliverd to a collection centre 12 miles away from my address they rang me also from china on 2 occasions over this i had to my mats from halfrods as i was going away and needed them ti stop the sand getting on original carpets whith having a dog thought the usa ones would be easier to clean but i will never know as i never recieved them

I ordered mats for my Honda Odyssey they fit perfectly. True custom fit. Couldn’t have asked for better !!
I had a question for customer service and they answered in a timely fashion. They were very friendly and understanding.
Shipping came as stated on time !
So overall i recommend!!

I recently got new car floor mats for my Audi Q5 from this company, and I have to say I am impressed. The mats arrived pretty quickly, and they fit like a glove. The quality of the leather is solid and smooth. The price was good compared to the competitors for custom fit car mats. Thank you again!
