I had left a good review prior, but that was before I had waited nearly three years for the $1,000 check I was promised by the salesman who sold us our system. He also promised us $1,000 checks for any neighbors we persuaded to sign up, which is cute. Anyway, I have tried to call several times about the bonus and have been ghosted. At this point I feel like I was conned into something. We have thrown away the sign we had in our yard, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Mis-informed about the actual cost of the panels. Also, unable to reach the company. The sales company email and phone number no longer works. I keep getting undeliverable email addresses to any of the listed emails.

Do not use this company or the finance company they use (Ennium Financing). I had nothing but issues with open permits and incompleted contracts and even can not contact installer due to he never got paid for work. Only company that got paid is Revolution Solar by Ennium and no where to exist. Revolution dissapeared. Even my town could not reach them several emails, phone calls and notices. No returns. They snuck a second contract into the financer for $6000 dollars more than the original signed one and ended up on my dime. Both these companys as far as I am concerned are fraudulant and government should help but wont. STAY AWAY FROM SOLAR!!!!!

Breach of contract, no communication, slow (almost a year past contract) follow through

They called several times to set up an appointment. I finally agreed and the time was set. They did not show up for the appointment and ghosted me, no longer responding to calls or texts.

I have no complaints about the work. The company stole my rebate from illinois shines and pocketed it. I was supposed to get approximately 7000.oo from the rebate commonwealth edison sent them but recieved nothing. I have been unable to contact them the phone is always busy or the e-mail address is wrong. I did get an e-mail from a rep in Feb 2024 admitting they screwed up and are trying to resolve the problem. It is now July 2024 and still nothing.

Hi team, solar panel install like 7 month still no connection.worst service ever in my experience no response no calls connected.Please help in sharing the genuine contact.

The Revolution Solar Sales person signed me up with many promises and 6 months after nothing happend. Now they outsourced this to Helio Solar and they are not doing anything either. Do not work with Revolution it is waste of your time.

Have not heard a word from this company since 11/23 when we sent a deposit. Emails do not go through; Phone numbers are disconnected. Complete fraud!! Totally screwed us. Can not even afford a lawyer to try and get our money back.

They are a complete fraud they installed the panels and I have being waiting more than 6 months for Interconnection work EDT and nobody is answering phone calls or email. And now I have to pay a 30K loan for a product is not working. I want to take some legal actions against this horrible company but honestly I don't know where to find some help. And I know I'm not the only one affected. I can see another reviews from more customers

Our solar installation was completed on September 6, 2023 as of today (May 21, 2024) it has NOT been hooked up. We have repeatedly tried to contact Revolution Solar via text, phone and email to no avail. We finally contacted Alliant Energy (our power provider) and were informed Revolution Solar never supplied them with the drawings needed to hook us up or turn us over to Solar power. We again tried to reach out to Revolution Solar and have left numerous messages and have heard NOTHING BACK. WORST COMPANY EVER!! BEWARE!!!

Absolutely the worst possible company I could have chosen. Revolution Solar working with Enium screwed us and hundreds of other customers by collecting the loans and never finishing the systems. They scammed people out of MILLIONS of dollars and are currently facing major litigation for fraud.

They promise "Ongoing Support: We will help you throughout your customer journey, ensuring that not only is your solar installation seamless and professional, we will handle your project management for the life of your system." Quoted from their website.

In fact We have solar on our roof that is just a huge paper weight. We have passed the L&I inspection and now nothing. System is not operational. We tried to contact people we were directed to communicate with, and email comes back unreachable. This is not the first-time communication has totally broken down. In addition, their installation caused our roof to leak ruining our front door and hardwood floor in our entry way. I notified them and no response.

They cheated me blind and never finiish what was agreed. They overcharged the installation by 100%.

I have been unable to set the correct date because it won't go back far enough. 10/09/2022 to the original installation. The problems are still ongoing and will require adjudication.

Took over a year to get installed, no support wouldn't reply. Finally got the system working to find out it is installed incorrectly and I have to pay for the repairs because they are out of business in my area.

Rather have Covid 19 than deal with revolution. Revolution solar refuses to finish their job or answer my phone calls

It seems I am fortunate to have a functioning system, but we have struggled to get there. We had our panels installed in December, we're told we would be given a new thermostat and bulbs to improve efficiency which was never mentioned again after the high pressure sales call. Now I have a couple panels that are have never worked and have tried reaching out to several places by email and phone with no response. We ended up having to turn out own system on after some time working with our power company. I feel like I spent way too much on this system that was supposed to have a 30 year guarantee, and it doesn't seem to have any guarantee at all.

Revolution solar kept us updated for the entire process and were easy to contact for any questions. The installation was done in a few days and their technician walked us through the solar mobile application.
