I would also give ZERO stars. I WISH I saw this before I EVER purchased anything from them. HORRIBLE company!! I asked them to stop my order because it was the wrong color, no contact number, only an email. And when I got a response it wasn’t even written in correct English. TRASH!! Don’t do it and shame on me for not looking into it more!!!

Worst purchase I've ever made. First the clutch spring broke and caused my son to go into a tree because he couldn't stop. Then the pullstart broke. Then the throttle cable broke. My son didn't even get 5 miles on this bike.... If i could give 0 stars I would.

After months waiting on parts and trying to fix the hunk-of-junk bike I finally emailed USA Dirt Bike for a refund. This was the only email they responded promptly (next day), and I am sure it was because they were letting me know "your order return period has been passed" (no punctuation.) The bike was an utter piece of garbage! Day 1: after 1 mile the clutch broke (took weeks to get parts), then the pull start (more weeks), then the pull start again, and again, then almost ALL of the motor mounts sheared off, and that was after only about 20 miles of riding.... TOPS!!! The whole warranty period was spent waiting on parts and trying to make the bike run. PLEASE, DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!

They are terrible do not EVER BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a quad for my daughter, but realized about a half hour after I ordered it that the specs were too small for her. Yes, I should’ve done more research but it is what it is however, I reached out about 30 minutes later to cancel my order and never heard back. I received another email two days later stating that the four wheeler was going to be shipped and that I was not able to cancel the order anymore, however, I had already emailed them twice at this point saying that I wanted to cancel the order and now they are not responding at all. I disputed the transaction with my bank and hopefully I’ll just keep the money and the four wheeler and they can go to hell .

I ordered a 50cc dirt bike for my son. It arrived quicker than I thought and assembled great. It fired right up and ran great for about 2 hours. When we went back to start it, the rear tire was complete frozen and the whole engine seems to be seized! We cannot even pull the starter cord. I have received one response back via email saying "we apologize for the inconvenience.... would like to do everything we can to resolve the issue." That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a word since. I keep emailing and the one phone number I found on the package label (678)529-2878, is no good. Save your money and shop elsewhere! Worst part is all these mini-bikes are NOT for grown ups so USA Dirt Bike is directly hurting children! So disappointing, frustrating and EXPENSIVE!

They printed a FedEx label but after a week, no pickup was scheduled according to FedEx. Run away from this Shyster Company

If i could give zero stars i would. Purchased 2 Segways for Christmas presents for my and they do not work! Usadirtbike Will not respond so I can return them or get a refund!!!! They completely ignoring all of my requests. I have tried to contact them repeatedly. This is completely unacceptable..

Purchased a bike, it came broken. The recoil is broken cannot even start it to ride it.
Send several emails via contact us.
No response.

Ordered 2 dirt bikes ($450 each) for my kid’s Christmas presents. Only received one a month later.

No phone number exists, and my wife and I have sent countless emails over the past 2 weeks with NO RESPONSE.

Insane that this scam still goes on.

Ordered SYX-moto Kids 50CC 2-Stroke Gas Dirt Bike (Green) from them for my 8 year-olds birthday.

First, no tracking number was sent after purchase, but money was taken immediately. Shipping did come fairly fast after trying to communicate with them.

Second, bike came broken. Started once and wouldn't turn over again. Trying to contact them is impossible. They have no phone number, only email in which they don't respond.

Third, finally I am getting a refund for the dirt bike. However, I had to pay out-of-pocket for shipping return which was 1/2 the cost of the bike.

Please do your research before dealing with this company. BBB.com has lots of reviews with problems on their products. The fact that they are ripping people off and not having to take responsibility for that is appalling.
