Took a month to receive product and they never reaponded when asking for refund

I placed a $115 order right after Charlie Kirk died…Shame on me for trusting this company!!! The hat I ordered is embroidered & it says Charlle - NOT Charlie!!!! When I contacted them & sent a photo, they said it’s correct… WTH? The shirts are paper thin. I asked for a return & they offered me $10 credit. I got PayPal involved & they have now offered a full refund if I send the items back to China. Today I went to USPS & it would cost ME $78 to ship. This company is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!! I guess I’m out $115 — I thought using PayPal your purchase was protected. I guess not!!!

Order placed on September 21st. I was not given an estimated shipping or arrival time at the time my order was placed. Sent emails requesting a shipping estimate and was only told that tracking information had not been updated. Once I finally received an update it stated that the package was being shipped from GERMANY!!!! It then had to go through customs in Germany and also in the United States. I finally received my order on October 15th. (One day after the event for which I had ordered the shirts for in the first place) I sent an email requesting to return the order and get my money back. I keep getting the run around from the "customer support" and no offer to accept the return and refund my money. This site is an absolute scam and is definitely not located in the USA. Save your time and money!

I was overcharged and cancelled my order shortly after I placed it. I was told I was not able to cancel because the order was already processed. Then when it finally arrived, over 3 weeks later I refused the package. Now I am being told I can't get a refund because I refused the package. Do not order from this site. The product is crap and they have an excuse for everything.

DO NOT BUY…STAY AWAY. This company is misleading and trying to profit on a terrible situation. I placed an order 9/29 and it’s still “in transit”. Will it show up? Who knows. Not to mention my card was way overcharged. Shame shame.

I purchased with this company through Facebook ad and boy I will never buy anything on a Facebook link again. I Used PayPal and was charged a totally different amount they charged 21.77 extra than what was sent with there bogus tracking number. Please dont order from them. Hopefully I get my money back.

The sweatshirt I received was 100% not the one pictured. It's paper thin, the fabric color is printed on white, very itchy, not even worth $5! I would not recommend.

This is NOT a USA company it is a CHINA company, they charge a very HIGH tax on orders. The tracking number you get is from a fake website since trying to track the number from other websites, it can NOT be found.
No telephone number to call, no way of returning the items....IF you do get them.
ALSO, my credit card number was stolen from this website and sold to others to use.

First, I thought their website showed an address in the US. Apparently, they are in Ireland. I ordered several shirts several weeks ago. They are still in Ireland at customs area waiting for review. I saw the same shirts at a cool store in downtown Charleston, SC.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMOANY...unless you don't mind waiting a long time to get order.

The company let's you think they are in the U.S. but they are not, they are in China. They also are misleading about there products and mailing time. They sent me updates for over 2 weeks that there items were being g processed in the Neitherlands! They will not let you cancel your order and will not directly answer your questions. When we finally got our hat and shirt with CHARLIE KIRK and turning point we found the items were substandard material. The hat was all faded and very dull. They even put a cheap piece of plastic in it to hold the front of the hat up so it would appear firm. The shirt was thin and when we washed it the color came out and wording started coming off. This company has nothing to do with faith and is only out for taking your money. I paid $60 for 2 pieces of junk. Stay away from these gold diggers.

I tried to cancel the order seconds after I hit pay and no one got back to be until 3 days later and you can only contact through an email!!
They put USA in the name but it comes from Spain!!! Every email I sent was the same” we’re sure you will love them when you
Get them” “ everyone loves our product” BS!!
They refused to refund my money even though I emailed them to cancel it seconds after order was placed !!
Also after 2 weeks the “tracking shows “ it’s still in Spain!!
Again DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They should be investigated and shut down!

Placed an order, like an idiot, thinking this site was good and boy was I wrong! $16 in taxes, seriously, then figured in reality it's probably a tariff charge. Also charged an international fee from my bank. Within a few hours after ordering I cancelled the order which I was charged twice for totaling over $150 because they attached the "tax" amount. Their site states you can cancel within 24 hrs for a refund. What a LIE! These people need to be shut down. It's a fraudulent website. Have written daily requesting a refund only for them to tell me sorry order is on the way. This is a disgrace these people are able to do this to a consumer.

I place (I thought) an order. When I checked my PayPal account they had charged me with two different amounts. I contacted my bank and they gave me a phone number, I called the number and the lady that answered asked me if I was calling about an order and told me that she had been receiving calls for several weeks and believed I had been scammed. I emailed them to get a phone number and they said that don't have a phone number. I checked (a little late) the reviews on that company name and it says it's probably a scam. PLEASE Don't ever purchase from any link you find on FAcebook. I'm hoping to get my money back.

After placing my order I received a confirmation email with my total which equaled what I had completed on their website. Immediately after I received a separate email from PayPal confirming the order which stated the items correctly, but the total amount was almost $14 higher. In the item statement that extra amount was listed as taxes. I do not have a PayPal account & that higher amount to PayPal was what showed on my credit card. The shipping confirmation was a fraudulent site and said it was shipping from Spain, not the US as advertised. After further research I found this website was created only 3 weeks ago. Obviously this was created for fraudulent gain to prey on Charlie Kirk fans after his death.
