Sent cookies with < 1 week Best Before. Wouldn't have ordered, had I known but there was no indication on the product page or communication.

Sent food items that were 3 months out of date. Pretty poor considering the mark up you pay and no mention on the product page that what you're purchasing are expired products.

I went there to buy jelly beans for my mom and niece. I also bought a few things for myself, but I wish had bought more. The chocolates and jelly beans tasted so rich and good that it's hard to describe. You have to try them for yourself. They are a bit pricey but worth it! Even though I took a long time to decide, the staff was kind and helpful.

Purchased a number of cereals, one of the items was heavily discounted and on arrival this was slightly out of date and because they didn’t state this on the website Tahira placed a lovely note stating they had tried to call me to let me know but they have added a complimentary box of cereal of another type within my delivery. This was a lovely gesture and great customer service overall, would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.

The box was ripped on the bottom. Two items were missing. Photos sent, and no response. The company intimated that the box was packed perfectly and their delivery service is without fault! No apology. Nothing offered to make things right. Abysmal. That’s £20 down the pan. Don’t use this company.

PLACE A LARGE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ONLINE AND PART OF THE ORDER WAS A CASE OF 12 CAKE MIXES WHICH NEVER ARRIVED. ALSO, 1 LARGE BOTTLE OF A1 SAAUCE WHICH THEY SAID THEY HAD REFUNDED ME BUT THERE IS NO EVIDENCE AT PRESENT OF A REFUND. THEY ASKED ME FOR A PHOTO OF THE PACKAGE WITH THE GOODS IN AS ARRIVED 10 DAYS AFTER THE DISPUTE. WILL DEFINATELY NEVER USE THESE CON ARTISTS AGAIN. CROOKS.

I ordered some products with express delivery as I needed them by the end of the week for a party.

By early Friday afternoon I was a bit panicked as I could see according to Royal Mail they'd been out for delivery since the Tuesday morning. Hardly a 48 hour service.

I called and spoke to the lovely people at American Food Store who checked the progress of the parcel for me and said if it didn't get to me by the time I needed it, to call back and they'd try and sort things with Royal Mail.

I was phoned regularly to see if I had received it, or if I'd had any further information. As soon as they saw the package had been delivered, they phoned me to let me know and to give me the name of the person who had signed for it in reception. In my opinion they went above and beyond their duty in sorting this out for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
