U-Save provides car rental at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), serving Fiumicino and the surrounding area from its office a short distance from the terminals at Via Remo La Valle 30. After collecting your luggage, head upstairs and exit the Arrivals area to the outdoor space between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Make your way to the electric vehicle charging station, directly opposite the control tower, where a U-Save representative will meet you and transport you by shuttle bus to the office to collect your car. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–19:30, including public holidays.

I am very disappointed with this company
I am very disappointed with this company. After 2 hours of waiting at the counter, we did not receive the car we had reserved. The car we received also turned out to be technically defective. After a long correspondence, they agreed to exchange the car for a smaller one. This ruined our vacation in Italy. They had no complaints when we returned the car. We have been waiting for 30 days for our deposit of 900 euros to be released due to their fault.

Salve, iniziamo col dire che il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile, ma se c'è un po' di fila al bancone, bisogna aspettare un bel po' perché alla reception c'è una sola persona. Riguardo alle macchine disponibili, sono tutte moderne, ma con diversi piccoli segni e acciacchi, che ti viene il mal di testa a ricordarli tutti. Ottimo invece, il prezzo giornaliero

Comprendiamo che l'attesa con un solo addetto al banco e i numerosi piccoli segni sui veicoli abbiano reso l'esperienza meno semplice; condivideremo questi commenti con il team di Roma.
Zu wenig Info, nur eine Zahlmöglichkeit
Zu einem das Problem das man das Auto nur über Kreditkarte Mieten kann, dadurch sind mir enorme Mehrkosten entstanden. Ich habe keinerlei Informationen bekommen bezüglich Straßen auf denen Maut gezahlt werden muss, auch wenn keine Zahlschranke da ist. Muss ich da online etwas machen? Muss ich eine Extra vinete kaufen? Ich habe keine Ahnung, sowas sollte einem gesagt werden, bin nämlich auf 3 Mautstraßen gefahren ohne es überhaupt gemerkt zu haben. Das ist etwas worauf man hingewiesen werden MUSS, danke an der Stelle, hat mich rund 300€ gekostet

Imbroglioni, truffatori, siccome sono arrivato in ritardo di mezz’ora mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione senza restituzione dei soldi, solo 50 euro di assicurazione non fruita.

El alquiler del coche fué mejor de lo que esperaba.
Me vinieron a buscar al aeropuerto y en 15 minutos llegamos a la sede de la rentadora donde nos atendieron muy rápidamente. El coche que me entregaron era el esperado, estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y siempre funncionó correctamente. También la devolución fue rpaida y sin problemas.
