CHARGED $84 INSTEAD OF $ 9.99! NO RESPONSE TO 8 EMAILS AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM! FAKE SCAMMERS!

They charge my card every 6 hours until it works but i havce them blocked and they won't let me cancel. Nobody answers the support email. I filled out claims for a year and don't recall getting more than one $10 payout form the claims.

This app is scam..Haven't received anything...

I canceled my subscription, which is paid through 12/20/2026. However, when I log in to use the service, I am prompted to upgrade to Sparrow Plus instead of accessing my existing subscription.

Use this site. I had to cancel my card so that they would stop trying to charge me even though I requested a cancellation of my subscription eight times. They will try to send it through 14 times is what I counted within a series of six hours every single day until it goes through. I am on month six of them doing this. My entire email is notifications of payment unsuccessful from them 12 thousand emails of unsuccessful payment every minute throughout the morning. I don’t know how to make them stop.

Scam. No refund yet.

I have had the worst time trying to get the $95 I paid for this refunded. I was told by one of their customer service agents I could be refunded once my yearly subscription was over, but now they are completely ignoring me. I luckily canceled my subscription before I was charged again, but I am highly disappointed.

to think cough up $95 and that you’ll bank 5-7x that in 1 year or less. He’s even lowered his scam price to bait more victims @$85 now.
REPORT TO FTC and FBI! They take shit like this serious. Imagine!! $85-95 x 500-1k victims per month. That’s the kind of SCAM 💰 he’s banking! He doesn’t respond to emails. If you request auto renewal payment cancel, he will cancel it w/o responding to you. If he doesn’t and allows his well oiled scam machine to continue to debit your payment source, you’ll have to contact the bank and request stop payment and then dispute any/all charges by this USESparrow SCAM website. It’s a good SCAM tho. Well thought out to dupe everyone to think invest $100 (or less) and you could make $500-1k per year on NO PURCH NECESSARY CLAIMS on supposed CLASS ACTION SUITS AGAINST BIG or Small product/service corporations.

I paid the yearly subscription and filled out hundreds of dollars in claims over the last 12 months. Only one was ever addressed. Now they are trying to charge me for another year and I can't get a hold of anyone to cancel my account and I can't access my account. They've emailed me saying they tried to charge my card over 20 times in the last 24 hours! What the heck is actually going on here? Is it a bot service? DO NOT USE SPARROW.

100% agree with other comments. This is a complete scam and when I requested they stop sending me billing statements they doubled down and now send me multiple a day.

I signed up for a 3-day trial. Sparrow immediately charged my debit card $84, which I did not have. NSF was $30.
I have emailed customer service 8 times in 6 days with no response. I really need that money back.

Service supposedly provides matching to class action claims you're eligible for. They entice you in to show that you're eligible for a few claims, you have to pay annual fee to see. Of course, after paying the fees, turns out that you're not eligible for the class actions claims.

THIS IS A SCAM! Please save your money yall. They will not let me cancel my subscription. I contacted support but got no reply. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ALREADY TOOK MY 90 BUCKS, BUT NOT LETTING ME CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION IS JUST THEFT!

Total Scam. I cannot even cancel my membership and they have ALL of my information. Scary.

Scam. I applied for 20+ class action suits that I qualified for and never received one in over a year's time. Website is buggy and you can't track any of your filed claims. What is happening to all of our claims? Is Sparrow getting them? It's completely unclear. No real customer support. Avoid.

Supposedly I have over $3,000 in claims but I've never gotten a penny out of it. I think it's a rip off

Complete fraud. Pay a monthly subscription fee for access to a multitude of potential class action suits, but really all you are doing is giving your information up for sale. No money, no updates, no replies. SCAM

I've been a member for over a year - signing up for at least 15 claims. Total scam.

No response from to my emails (NO phone contact allowed) to cancel for over a month now. CAUTION is advised.
