Usestyle states on their main website their Seona tool is free to use. Turns out you need to buy either a $130 per month plan or $60 a month if you pay for a full year. Extremely deceiving and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this. You also can't find any contact information other than an FAQ page on their website which suggests this is a scam.

Very simple, intuitive and creative. Must use for anyone wanting to improve their site SEO and more.

This is such a great tool. I just set it and forget it and it blogs posts for me . Being a busy business woman . I am working smarter not harder

I was given a 7 day free trial and then hit with a $600 annual bill that I did not agree to. Now I am struggling to get my money back.

Was for Seona, my website would not be ranked so high!

I got served an ad on Instagram for an SEO AI tool and some how that ad convinced me to try it out and man am I sure glad I did! I have worked for years to make our website rank well with SEO but I never was able to make real progress, but once I installed Seona it's like having a robot updating your code 24/7... oh wait... that's exactly what it is! I am so happy with Seona! We also gave Adwin a try. We have run our own Google Search Ad campaigns and it felt like a waste of money with low CTRs. We'd always do all the campaign recommendations but still our Google Ads results were never great. So we hired an agency and low and behold they couldn't get our CTR up any higher. Well Adwin to the rescue! Our CTR has improved drastically and I really like the Adwin interface and how easy it is to change search terms, keywords, headlines and descriptions.

This has been a game-changer for me.

Easy to navigate and install. Smooth operation with blogs editing and posting.

I'm not too sure what they do but the traffic and direct enquires we have been getting is defintily the best it's been

Everything has been working as needed. Customer service is top notch. Still a work in progress and haven't seen much difference in google site ranking and only have seen two keywords out of 50 go up by 2 and no pages have ranked higher in the past month but, I do like the metrics to see what they have changed. I am a big fan of the ability to post weekly or bi-weekly blogs and make our site a more professional informational with some hidden keywords and hyperlinks for internal pages.

Update: I emailed Kyle directly and he has sorted out the refund. There was a bug preventing some users from cancelling properly. He was very apologetic about that and the support chat experience. I'm updating the review to 3 stars on that basis, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place and the technical issues with the platform still stand.

Original review: Awful. SEONA didn't link to my website, despite following the troubleshooting steps.

I reached out to support and was ignored, so I cancelled my week free trial within 2 days of it starting.

I've since been charged a full annual subscription (somehow!) and I'm now getting canned responses from their chat support. The first response was to the wrong person.

To top it off, the wordpress plugin went a bit nuts and tried changing all our meta data to incorrect things. As I couldn't link SEONA to the plugin, there was no way to stop it or change the amendments.

As of writing this, they are refusing a refund, despite the fact I cancelled during the trial period.

Update: I am happy to say that Kyle from usestyle.ai (seona) was true to his word and not only made programming adjustments to eliminate future issues with cancelling a Seona subscription but also honored the 14-day free trial offer. All in the course of one day.
I see this as a good sign for the company – they are trustworthy, willing to admit a mistake, and fast to solve a problem.

We wanted to try Seona and see if it could help fine tune the SEO on an existing website. It didn't take long to decide that it was not the right tool for the job. From keyword research to blog entries, the results were disappointing..... we decided to cancel before our free trial ended. That's when the real problem surfaced. It took a lot of searching to find information on cancelling. The following info is what we found...
"if you would like to cancel your subscription to Seona, click on your account in the top right corner and select "Billing". Here, you will be able to cancel. This is the only way to cancel your Seona subscription."
The problem is that there is no button on the top right. On another page we found a red button that said, CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Clicking that caused the button image to open in a new window... no links, no cancel, nothing. There is no true contact information to be found – unless you want to upgrade your subscription.
We finally went to our credit card company and asked for help. Stay away from Seona. I have seen other reviews reporting similar issues

Yes, I have been pleasantly surprised from the first interaction with StyleAI! These people are bright, hardworking, honest, and want happy customers. As a non-tech person, I dont need to know the details, I just need to get the results. I like the results!

We have been using Seona for our SEO, and within less than a month, we saw an increase in bookings. While impressions and views are great, seeing a direct increase in our booking due to SEO and Google rankings is even better.

I have only used the trial for the SEO product, and within 2 days we received 2 calls from people that found us on google. This previously had only happened a couple of times over quite some time. The team is great to work with and the other products they have seem to be very promising! Highly recommend this to any business owner.

Subscribed to trial period to try Seona AI, which falls under the product umbrella of StyleAI. They added headers and wrote several generic blogs for my website. However within 24 hours all communications from my website were being forwarded to a private, unauthorized third party and the permission I had assigned to Seona was now some podcast email. Inappropriate data security exceeding the scope of website SEO management.

I have been looking for an SEO tool for my drop-shipping business for the last few months and Seona by StyleAI is certainly the easiest to use. They are still a bit young and have a few more features that I could use to truly bolster my rankings, but the pricepoint is reasonable is service is great. Recommend a try!
