US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) Reviews 

Using the USFCR team to help my company qualify for the Sams Registration, SDVOSB Certification and 8(a) Federal Certification was outstanding. We was assisted by Zakia Wilder for Sam Registration and SDVOSB Certificate and Elizabeth Siniari with 8(a) Federal Contract Certification. `Both Zakia and Elizabeth ensured that all my request was meet without any difficulties. This process took much longer than expected due to a few issues along the way. The FSD was behind on answering tickets which delayed the process. Emerlee was great at keeping us updated every step along the way and got things processed as soon as possible. She was certainly a pleasure to work with and very helpful. She responded very quickly and professionally.

It was easy and smooth communication with Emerlee and their team.

It took over 4 months to get our SAM number despite repeated attempts to contact our representative and get a resolution. This delayed our payment and registration with the VA.

I've been working with Kendall and Adam from USFCR, and I have only great things to be say about each of them as individuals, the support they've provided, and the process itself.

It began on with an urgent need for support to get through the government vendor registration process--Adam and Kendall could not have been more responsive. I was on the phone with Adam within an hour of first reaching out and Kendall got on a call the next day. They were immediately understanding of my company's situation, they took the correct actions without hesitation, and provided the exact documentation and guidance I needed.

We then moved into a second phase of closing on a government contract (the impetus for the previous step). Again, the dynamic duo was ON TOP OF THE SITUATION like I've never seen. They were open to taking calls at any hour of the day, sending updates, gathering information on our behalf, and moving us forward as expeditiously as anyone could.

In the end, WE GOT THE CONTRACT. And I am confident that this achievement was a direct result of working with USFCR. Beyond that, the confidence their expertise gave me throughout the entire process was invaluable in staying motivated and persevering through the bureaucratic maze of government contracting.

That confidence persists and will certainly be supportive as USFCR and my company continue to partner on attaining government contracts in the future.

Emerlee Trevino was a highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personal and friendly case manager. We had asked USFCR for their support after our company couldn't get a CAGE number after SAM.GOV's system upgrade and a mismatch in the EVS company match step. We were under enormous time pressure and had already waited and consulted the SAM.GOV Helpdesk via tickets for weeks. Unfortunately, the SAM.GOV Helpdesk team was overwhelmed with incident tickets. Emerlee was very good and fast in getting us registered and communicated very efficiently and promptly with us. Thank you!

I had no experience with the SAM processes. We needed to re-establish our registration for SAM.
Zakia Wilder handled the process for us to a successful completion. We look forward to continuing to work with USFCR in the future.

Emerlee was thorough and patient during the entire experience. In fact, I am not sure I would have "survived" without Emerlee. I truly enjoyed her expertise and knowledge of the whole system and guidance through it.

While the sam.gov system is far from perfect, the USFCR provides attentive, informed and responsive case workers to shepherd you through the process. They are worth the investment.

As an organisation we struggled to get registered with SAM for 2 years. In that process we lost some awards due to the incomplete registration. After visiting the US embassy we got contact to work with a case manager. It took 2 months for the case manager to work on our case since it had data which was not corresponding. Emerlee was very patient with us and always on call when we made follow-up with her. We are very happy to have gone the Usfcr way or else we would still be struggling to register our organisation.

Zakia our rep was great. But when she was out, there was apparently a substitute rep. Our registration was stalled due to info needed and the sub rep never followed up or helped us move it along. Once Zakia was back, we were back in business and things got done. But the handoff and customer care in her absence was terrible. It's only because Zakia was so good and could handle our subsequent case that we are back with more business.
